7 As a first timer many years ago, was told could not eat a candy i took out from purse.
The ushers or whoever scoped the guests, seemed to make sure they do not eat inside. Good thing have no problem with my blood sugar. Never been to a church that discourages eating inside even if just a candy. Anyway, at least it means church is immaculate.
3 stars for very clean church.
Never returned after that. Not because of no eating inside but the sermon was just so-so.
My favorite Pastor Xavier. Simple Truth is what he does. I loved his message called "The beauty of marriage" 11-2-2008. I came upon it in my C. D.book. I think everyone needs to hear it. Beloved.
Love it! Pastor Xavier, is VERY knowledgeable and uses that knowledge to help us really grasp what it is that the living word says.
I came to visit Calvary Chapel Pasadena for the first time, after I heard of the sound doctrine of Pastor Xavier. After worship I hollered Hallelujah and within minutes was made aware this was not Ok.
Hence, any building that does not allow you to Glorify our King and Savior is not for me. If you are ok with it Amen.
