Out-of-towner here, LA native. I personally had the best experience. The ladies at the front were very friendly and attentive when I walked in this past Saturday at 10 am. Thank you Dr. Drake for mending my hubby’s injuries. Dr. Drake was warm and had the most amazing bedside manner; he made us feel at ease. We have Kaiser insurance but paid a $75 visitation fee; very reasonable price.

These awesome people are the best! They have taken good care of my needs each and every time i came in and i am very pleased with the medical staff as well as the reception desk girls the best so much better and full staffed not skeleton medical help like other places thanks Camarena health of Oakhurst

8/8/23 CAMERENA URGENT CARE HAS NO LIDOCAINE, FOR LACERATION. PATIENT BEWARE! NEEDED STICHES.

My experience was smooth from start to finish at this urgent care facility. The front desk was friendly, informative, and prompt. Richard Caylor was able to quickly identify the most likely cause of a skin condition that appeared suddenly. I really appreciated his ability to give me all the information I needed to make a plan without dictating my care or leaving me to feel without a professional opinion. Thank you for taking the time to provide efficient and thoughtful care.

Doctors wear masks bc it blocks their saliva from going into a sterile wound when they’re doing a surgical procedure. If your doctor is wearing a surgical mask because he thinks it’s stopping a virus from spreading, you need to change doctors. Very suspicious of where the doctors actually get their education. I don’t think it’s accurate information. They’re very uninformed about a simple detail, which makes me doubt their opinion on everything else.

I will never go here again. The doctor here is even telling his patients not to come back. Now they are harassing me on the phone with an auto dialer system that keeps texting and calling me. NEVER AGAIN.

If you ever need a refill, you will always need to call. For some reason, they think it's funny to not refill life saving medicine like Insulin or anything else related to that. Oh, and of course they don't have a direct line, that's part of the game they play. They also like to hold your refills up for ransom until you schedule an appointment. But of course they don't tell you that. Again, it's part of a game they play.

Drove to urgent care in Oakhurst to get prescription for z-pack (to treat covid and subsequent lung infections). We were met by a sign that said we couldn't enter if we had Covid symptoms. So we went through their "phone procedure". Hung out in town waiting for doc to call, only to get a rude female doc, who refused to prescribe the z-pack. We have both had covid more than once, andthe doctors have always prescibed a z-pack along with a vitamin regimen. This doctor only wanted to give us experimental drugs, which are known to have deadly side-effects. Don't go here! Go anywhere else!

My family and I have always been treated well at the urgent care, until today when I came in for a migraine, and "Dr" Caylor accused me of drug seeking, said I come to the urgent care too often (my last visit was March 2022 and NOT migraine related) and when I opted to leave rather than being harassed by him said he would "tell people about me" an awful experience @

Don't know why I even had to be there. All she did was give me a paper with all the food groups on it.

Very pleased with the visit for my daughter. They identified and created a specific plan in a timely manner to resolve all of her dental issues, as well as getting my son in as a new patient very quickly to start his dental plan as well. Dentist and staff were all very nice and accommodating, thank you all very much
