We just had new carpet put in our house and I wanted to tell everyone what a wonderful job they did. We looked at many different carpet companies and went with Camarillo carpet because they had the carpet we wanted and their prices were competitive. The people in the store were knowledgeable and helpful and the installers were wonderful. The owner came by each day to check on the job, which really impressed me. I would recommend Camarillo Carpet to anyone wanting to put in a new floor or carpet.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service… We bought about $7000 worth of carpet for the bedrooms a year ago & had it installed but asked them to not install the stairs yet because we wanted to finish the remodel, I recently called them to ask him to come out to do the stairs and he came out and looked at the carpet that we had left over which should’ve included the stairs and he says that we are a yard short… Says oh I can find a remnant, Now they will not return our calls and giving us the run around and I have been trying for three months, I guess unless it’s a big job they don’t want your business, beware!
