Camarillo Flower Shop not only called me to let me know there were some discrepancies, but they also went out their way to go all the way back to my mother-in-laws place to deliver the flowers even though they were done for the day. Walked in not knowing what to expect, walked out with the most beautiful arrangement and so much joy/laughter from the lovely ladies holding the fort down on a Saturday afternoon! My only wish is that I lived closer so I could regularly get my weekly dose of flowers!

I purchased roses from this shop on valentines day. My review is based on the look of the roses, the price, and customer service. I ordered the sexy six, the presentation was nice, eye catching. Price.honestly, you can get a much better arrangement of roses for $26 at vons. Customer service, couple issues here. First, when I called i specifically called out that this would be for a same day delivery, however it wasn't until my payment was received that I was notified, there is no guarantee that the roses would be delivered on time. Second, running a business is difficult, obviously, however the stress of this should never spill over to your customers. I could feel and hear the stress from this woman over the phone. Very off-putting. All in all not a bad shop but definitely not the best in camarillo.

Amazing experience! Even on Valentine’s Day when the place was a zoo, everyone there was kind, graceful and patient. You can tell that they really care about what they do. Arrangements were BEAUTIFUL and flowers looked liked they were cut that morning.
