Be very careful before you decide to place any type of order for online delivery with these people. I ordered a basket rack for my wife's bike and it cost $70 and then shipping was an additional $20. I received it and realized it was purpose built for a very specific year of the bicycle and so it didn't fit. I reached out to them and asked how to return it and they said they would be perfectly happy to accept a return but they would not help with any type of shipping. Shipping for this box was $80. Needless to say, I just drove up and threw it away in a dumpster. Absolutely ridiculous that a company like this would sell online but not offer any type of free shipping for returns! I will never order from them again!

Recently ordered a cycling jacket online and needed either UPS or FedEx delivery vs USPS, so contacted Cambria to ensure this happened and process was easy with excellent customer service - THANK YOU!

I stumbled across Cambria when I was missing a crucial part to my dropper lever. Cambria Bike was the only place online that I could find a replacement. While placing my order, I decided add a helmet to my cart and I placed my order.

I soon realized that I needed another part for my bike but faced the dread of an already placed order, so I decided to give them a call to see if I could add one more thing to my already placed order. Tim was prompt on getting me an invoice sent over to include the part that I neglected to add. Would recommend Cambria for their killer deals, tough to find parts, and STELLAR customer service.

An absolute return customer

Purchased a pair of Pearl Izumi gloves from their online store which sadly were slightly defective. I left a voicemail on their customer service line which was promptly responded to by Tim who offered to check their inventory for a pair with better stitching. When unable to find a pair, he offered me a full refund or a similar replacement, free of charge. Very satisfied with the customer service and can confidently recommend them for online purchases. Will definitely return for my future cycling needs.

One of the worst online experiences I have ever had. My order did not ship until 7 days after I placed it. It is now 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered based on the tracking info and I still have no product, I wish I had read the other reviews prior to ordering and avoided this place. Buyer beware!

You might not think much of this place from the outside, but once you go in. Awesome layout, incredible variety of bikes and apparel, nice staff, willing to help. Ask for it, they got it; great deals and discounts. This IS the place to go in Paso if you're a bike-nut!
