4Cambria Bicycle Outfitter is a great online business. On multiple occasions I’ve found bike related products not available anywhere else in the US. My recent purchase of a Shimano e-bike battery is representative of what I mean. The alternative was a new battery from China that would have taken 2-months to receive. My order was delivered in 4 days from Cambria Bicycle Outfitter. Reading other reviews I think great customer service is always what you can expect from this company. I will always check them if I can’t find a product locally.
Purchased two wheels and was told I had a break in true period. When I called I was told that was only the case if they built the wheel there for me. Lost on communication now I have to pay for a break in true after spending 900 Dollars on wheels.
Bought a bike online that was shipped to me several states away. The bike arrived quickly and was secure, very well packaged. I'd recommend Cambria Bike to others.
As far as online ordering Cambria is my new go to for MTB parts. Quick shipping free when buying wheels which can be more with some retailers. They have about as much or little more in stock products as everywhere else online but cannot complain with 3 days shipping.would 100% buy again which i have, and would 100% recommend them.
