Staff was friendly, helpful, professional, attentive, and worked very thoroughly with my needs and what need to be done to get me into my apartment. So far I’m loving it.

WARNING- Make sure to tour the property or ask if it’s an original or “renovated” unit prior to moving in. On their website they have virtual tours only showing the renovated/ newer units, however upon moving in we were disappointed when we got an old unit that was not cleaned properly! Yellow water came out of the bathroom tub every time that we initially turned it on, the floors were dirty, kitchen sink stained (Luckily we were able to get it out with “Bar Keeper’s Friend powder”), the heater and bathroom fan does not work, people don’t clean up after their animals, and the first floor has a constant urine smell. We also had a bug problem when we initially moved in but that doesn’t seem to be an issue anymore since taking precautions (ie.bug-spray). Our leasing agent Elsie, gave us a hard time when trying to switch units and was not helpful. Luckily, the apartment manager Theresa was helpful and gave us the Community Concern Manager’s contact information who’ve we been in contact with to either transfer units or get out of the lease completely at this point. On a positive note- it does seem to be a safe, quite neighborhood overall. Just be prepared to clean & call maintenance frequently, who luckily respond very quickly but seem annoyed after a while! I just wish they would renovate ALL of their units at this point, the older ones have so many problems.

Great place to relax. Friendly service. Young culture. I could say I’ve really enjoyed the years I’ve spent here!

Horrible manager, cockroach infestation in the kitchen and under refrigerator. Maintenance is really bad, it’s been a week that refrigerator is leaking and still no one came to fix it. Windows are all old and they move and make noise when it’s windy, also bugs can easily come inside the apartment through the windows gaps. Just 1 AC in the living room and no AC for the bedroom, bedroom gets so hot during the day. Everything is old and rusty. The cabinets are to high to reach. I didn’t even mentioned all the issues, DO NOT recommend it at all!

Cambridge on Devonshire management, is very professional. I been living in this place almost for three years and I have great experience so far. You can experience professionalism from management to maintenance crew. They are very helpful and very easy to reach them out. Every time I reach them out they resolve my problem very fastly, and quickly. I have spoken to Miss Teresa several time she has super helpful and super nice she’s been helping us all the time.

We have been living in this place far long time. We have no complain so far. Mrs. Teresa is a very nice lady. She is very professional. Whenever I am greeting her She is treating very well and answering my questions with a big smile. Teresa is a great manager.

Cambridge on Devonshire is an amazing place to live and what's makes it even more amazing is the staff, Elsie and Teresa are phenomenal and they are the most kindest and understanding people ever! The pool area just got remodeled and it looks fantastic, the maintenance staff is amazing and if we ever have any issues, comments, or concerns we can always rely on Elsie and Teresa to help us out.

I have been living here at Cambridge on Devonshire for nearly 3 years now and I have no complaints. My neighbors are great and i love the peace and quiet. I am especially thankful for the Property Managers because with my personal experience they are very kind and understanding and take the time to assist their tenants and their requests and concerns. It feels great knowing that we have Property Managers that actually care. Thank you Elsie and Teresa for all that you do! I appreciate you

Teresa and Briona have been incredible as our landlords and often go out of their way to accommodate for us. The move-in process was smooth and easy despite being given such a short timeframe to work through. Incredible work and amazing place to stay.

It’s a lovely place to live nice friendly people pet friendly. Close to everything you need stores fast food schools. Good clean neighborhood.this is a good area for family and friends to come over in visit you or move. Management is awesome very helpful kind caring. I’m very comfortable in satisfied with my stay here. Has a gym pool on site.
