Camden Landmark Apartments

Camden’s customer service is less than satisfactory. The office staff is very unhelpful. They didn’t pay a fee for our tech package and we got sent to collections - the office staff did nothing about it and we had to pay. The cops are in this complex multiple times a month, it’s very noisy, and we are overall very dissatisfied with our experience living here

Everything brakes all the time. Washer machine dishwasher, electronic key for pol, gym business center never works.angry it takes them several day to fix things here. So frustrating.

I have live here for a year and it is a good place to live. If you commute it is close to both the 10 and 15 freeway so that is a positive. The community itself is nice and clean and well taken care of. While it seems a bunch of the residents don't like that there is a technology and valet trash service I am happy about them. We now get spectrum which is better than what we had and in regards to the trash service that is a huge perk for me. I live on the second floor and love not having to carry my trash down stairs. The office staff and management also are helpful when issues arise. They have helped me more than once take care of the issues I have had which is more than i can say for previous places I have lived.

Where to begin on Caden Landmark Apartments.
First off super expensive, several false promises from the Manager, including sales reps. Several useless amenities you have to pay for, including trash pick up (which usually never gets picked up). You have to pay for Parking and most of the time someone takes your parking space, and management does not do anything about it.
The apartment complex is completely dirty with trash going everywhere. Your deposit doesn’t get refunded, instead they charge you to have someone clean the apartment and repaint it. The theft that goes on in this apartment is ridiculous, management can careless. Cars get broken into on a weekly basis.

We've been here for a year. Everyone is very nice and maintenance does a great job when needed. They are very respectful, courteous and helpful. Several months after moving in, I told them the carpet looked stained. They offered to shampoo again, which makes no sense because it should have been clean in the first place. Then the person who lived here prior said he moved to a different apartment and that this one was a mess. Our white refrigerator leaked and they replaced it with a black one like it says in the ad and I showed them where the handle on the microwave is still cracked from day 1. They promised to replace. Still have not. While here I showed them the carpet with stains that will not come out. I get they tried to clean it but the previous tenants obviously left the carpet a mess and now months later those stains have reappeared and cannot be cleaned. It's ridiculous how bad the carpet looks. There are two of us who take our shoes off before stepping onto the carpet. It's time to renew our lease and it's very disappointing that they knew this carpet couldn't be cleaned but instead of replacing it, did a temporary fix. Still waiting on microwave. All this was before Covid struck so no excuse. Still no call

Enjoying the peaceful day near the beautiful pool here at Camden apartments in Ontario. Seeing Isabel in the front office is always a pleasure because she works diligently to ensure the residents here are comfortable and happy. Finding people like Isabel who truly care about great customer service is a delight.

Just toured and they were super friendly. We ended up having too many vehicles, they have a 2 car max, but other than that everything was super nice. Pool had people BBQing, someone even offered me a plate. Recommend if you have 1 or 2 cars.

I'm happy with moving in here. Everything has been good and I haven't had any issues.cant really ask more than that if you ask me!

I recently went on a tour with my boyfriend there and really liked it.ray was super helpful walking us around.we aren't looking to move until summer but everything there seemed super clean and she was super friendly.definitely go check them out!

Been here for awhile now and I have to say that I really like living here. Isabel and Mindy are always super helpful. I haven't had any real issues here but when I have work orders the maintenance staff is usually there the same day. Grounds are kept up really nicely and its super close to everything. People like to complain about parking and such but I've literally never had a problem with it, you just need to print a guess pass for your guests and your good to go.

Awesome place to live. My sister lives here and every so often I house sit. Beautiful landscape, clean grounds, awesome staff and not to mention the pool is AMAZING!

I loved living at Camden Landmark. The landscaping is beautiful. The maintenance team and staff are awesome. Isabel was always helpful and kind. I would recommend this community to anyone.

Martinez and Jose was very great and very fast. Any question I had they didn’t have no problem going over it with me thank you!

Maintenance team is awesome! I reported a small issue and they came right out to fix it. Rest of the place is also really clean people are all friendly in the office.

I recently toured with my wife and son. The guy that showed me around was super friendly and patient given that my son was having a bit of a tantrum. We’re looking all around the area but so far really liked this place the best. Seemed nice and quiet and the guy was super helpful

I went in yesterday and today to the leasing office and Isabel Chavez was amazing! She was so friendly, helpful and patient. I love that everytime I’ve gone into the office she’s greeted me with a smile and has helped me to the best that she could. She definitely is one of the reasons why I love living here in Camden.

I really appreciate Paul taking care of my problem with my kitchen sink he doesn’t hesitate to stay in till the job is fully complete I really appreciated him

I recently moved in and everyone has been super helpful. I picked here because the complex was clean and the fact that I get a garage that I can fit my bike and car in. Gym and pool is also really nice. Really like it here so far.
