Camden Sea Palms Apartments

My boyfriend and I viewed this community twice, looking at both 1 bed and 2 beds. The location is great and the apartments are well kept. They recently were bought under new ownership and have shown some noticeable upgrades to the overall property. My main praise is towards the property manager, Rachel, who has been so kind, informative, and understanding while we were figuring out if this place is right for us. While we did not end up signing a lease at this time for financial reasons, we appreciate the one-of-a-kind customer service and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful, clean community. Thanks again for everything, Rachel!

We just moved here a couple months ago, and, as first time apartment owners, we are loving it so far!

The new management, Rachel and Angel, have been working hard and doing amazing jobs. Rachel has helped me out several times and been the sweetest. Given the crazy transition and the daunting task of running a whole complex-they have been hard at work to keep our community running well.

The property is being enhanced, any work orders we need are easy to submit and are responsive, they are super communicative, and they are fostering a sense of community for us!

They are making some great upgrades cleaning it up and making it look nicer, the only downside is the parking needs some improvement, the spots are a little small and there isn’t enough sometimes, overall it’s a great complex though!

I’m loving all the positive changes I’m seeing around the community! Fresh paint, yah! Taco night, fun! Way to make new friends too! I especially LOVE that the gate is closed at night, so my daughter and I feel safe coming in after work, late at night. I look forward to what our future holds here! New name, new changes are happening quickly, it’s like a fresh breath of air!

Newport Palms has just recently taken over from Camden Sea Palms. So far, so good. They have already started painting the entire building as well as fixing old railings that were unsafe. The new paint, a bright white, is really cheering up the place! They even had a little "meet-and-greet" with tacos, sodas and beers. It was really nice. The interaction that I have had with the property managers has been great. Very nice, professional and helpful!

The maintenance team at Newport Palms is very friendly and insightful when it comes to any issue that may arise. Oscar and Jose were timely, informative and very kind! Overall, Newport Palms has been a wonderful place to live!

I greatly appreciated Mr. Nicholas Leone’s friendly and welcoming presence. If he represents the Camden Sea Palms brand, then the Camden Sea Palms is somewhere I would like to live.

Love to come home and not having any parking. Then I walk to my apartment and within 10 feet there are 3 cars with no parking passes in resident spots. Office doesn’t care.there’s at least 10-15 non resident cars in our parking spots on any given night.
