Trash piles by the dumpsters just overflowing and people reporting there cars being broken into.also they have 3rd party contractors coming into your house unannounced.no security like they claimed front gate was broken.

Sheryse Garcia is apart of the front office staff. She’s great. Always punctual with responses and follow ups and does her best to help with any issue I may have.

Moved here a few months ago. Place from outside looks great, and has a great front desk staff. However, it’s just a façade…. Moved in, had issues immediately with toilets not working amongst other things, took almost 2 months to fix. Pools are dirty, jacuzzi hasnt worked in years, pool lights don’t work and from the looks of previous views it’s been like this for a while…. Also…. If you dont display or prove that you updated your car registration they will tow your car and threaten to evict you for violating lease agreement, which I have never heard of. Again, place “looks” great at first glance…. However paint will start falling off and chipping and things will come to fruition on how poor the material and labor was, everything is crooked…. Mirrors, lights, outlets and things keeps breaking and the turn around time to fix is ridiculous.

I hope these things get fixed and I can adjust my review. As of now, I am not getting what I am paying for.

Suggestions: hire a better pool cleaner, clean pool daily and/or provide skimmers for community use. Fix jacuzzi. Fix lights in pool so I can be used when sun goes down. Maintenance should be on a 72 hour turn around and if short staffed sub contract for maintenance request. Don't tow your residents cars unless illegally parked! Have a better trash system, residents shouldn’t have to see piles of trash everyday, trash should go in trash bins and not in piles on street. Uncouple the technology package from rent. A gated community isnt a gated community if the gates don’t close.

This is a beautiful apartment complex with great amenities. 2 pools to choose from and a great gym, with all the equipment that you could possibly want! I like that some units offer the option to have a garage. It’s close to shops, restaurants, wineries, a movie theatre and more. Plenty of things within walking distance and others just a short drive.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and easily accessible. Madison the Mgr is quick to address items and their maintenance team takes care of any issues, also in a quick manner. This is a safe place to live that’s clean, bright, has a sense of community and is reasonably priced.

Camden served its purpose. A place to live while my Wife and I bought a home. Propery is ok. Recommend or ever live again, no. I would have to agree with other posts The Trash situation.is horrifying. But staff is friendly and most of the tenants we lived around were good people. But when you move out they will charge you and subtract from your deposit for bad workmanship on their part. Be Careful. They use sub par materials and who ever performs the repairs isnt qualified to do so.

This place is one big scam and not only that they hate those who rent here let me explain, my father has been on peritoneal dialysis for roughly seven years and blind for 3 so needless to say he is disabled and you think they would accommodate us with a first story apartment but nope they basically said "2nd story take it or leave it" so we took it since we need shelter and it hasn't been the best experience here, from loud neighbors to people revving their engines all hours of the night and constant car alarms its been a nightmare, during 2022 my mothers client passed away (she is a caretaker for the elderly) and that means lost hours and income so we missed 2 months of rent and instead of trying to help they hit us with "pay in full or leave" which in case you haven't already figured out WE COULDNT DO THAT! Its now 3 ish months later and they have evicted us.but there is an upside for those who enjoy a good ending, my father was in the coast guard for 20 some odd years making him eligible for EMH which stands for Emergency Military Housing so we should have a place regardless, so what's the take away from all this you may ask, its simple and head my warning, DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE, i hope this helped someone from getting their life savings drained in 2.5 seconds!

No one answers the phone. Why is it so easy to apply for an apartment but not to cancel it and get the holding deposit back? Not happy with this company at all. Will be contacting the BBB soon if I need to.
