Teas taste good, nothing amazing but good enough for $6, had fun playing a boba tea shop card game there!

I'm in love with this place, and I've tried the entire menu plus every monthly drink. The tea quality is amazing with no flavor additives and the boba is the perfect texture when it's fresh. Personal favorites are genmaicha, earl grey, scottish caramel and their strawberry matcha (February only)

Strong good tea, boba can be a hit or miss, only wish that it is colder since they don't put a lot of ice

I had an event for 50 people so I needed a lot of tea. I ordered online for pickup the next day and it was all ready when I arrived. The tra was delicious and I had a lot of compliments from those who attended. I come here when I'm in the neighborhood and there are a lot of bubble tea spots - but this place has great quality tea. They also have monthly specials including agua fresca. My only complaint is that the parking lot is terrible sometimes. Oh and they don't accept cash so make sure you have a card when you visit. (You can tip in cash though.)

Don't let the strip club in the plaza scare you away from here, this boba shop has great service and will customize your milk tea to the way you like it. The staff was able to make my hojicha tea hot and not too sweet to my liking. Will definitely visit again to try their seasonal drinks.

Side note, plenty of students come through here so you may wait a bit.

Amazing boba. Really enjoyed this. They had cute seasonal flavors. The hot chocolate was great with the flavor of deep rich black tea but the tea was subtle. The Jasmine tea was to die for. I can't wait to go back there.

Consistently one of my top drink places. Each one is unique from the other chains and will rock your world.

I have gone here several times in the past few months, and tried different teas. I love that they offer milk substitutes. The orders are prepared quite quickly in comparison to other boba spots, and the teas are fresh. They also have a monthly special, which are always fun to try.

Server patiently explained all the possibilities of combinations of beverages; hot, cold, caffinated or not, sweet, or not. I enjoyed the beverage. Offered lactose free milk, yay!

Best boba tea in San Diego county. I don't even go anywhere else anymore. The teas are always fresh and aromatic, and the boba is soft and lightly sweet. The employees are always friendly. Parking isn't so bad, either - the lot is plenty big enough.

The best boba milk tea in San Diego, would give them 6 stars if I could. Truly exceptional. They have a delicious, modern take on boba milk tea. Fresh brewed high-quality tea, choice of milk, choice of sweetness, optional fresh boba. Monthly rotating tea. You can't go wrong!

I would've given FIVE stars, but my cousin spilled some of his tea due to the the drink not being seal tight like other milk tea places. Other than that, the tea here is the best I have ever had!

This is my FAVORITE Boba shop! I am a huge fan of tea flavor in milk teas and they definitely do a great job with that! I also like that their music is not too loud (good place to study or read a book). They make their drinks super fast and have great customer service. They also provide with internet, outdoor sitting, and outlets! There is a tasty ramen shop two stores down and also a Daiso shop (asian dollar tree). This plaza has everything so it is a plus!

I love places where customers choose the sugar level. Pretty good boba, subtle sweetness & mostly soft/ only slightly chewy. The matcha was good, they tell you where it’s sourced from too. My drink was ~$7.
