While visiting, to talk about their grooming service, I saw a patron literally dragging their dog out the door. The dog DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. That there can be scores of dogs in their back area.and NO barking is amazing.

I have entrusted both my dogs here and have been so grateful and impressed by their thorough care and attention to the needs of my dogs. I highly recommend this special home away from home.

Gabby introduced me to Camp Run A Mutt and I have no regrets. Great Experience here for our 3 year old pit, Loki. He enjoys all day cage free play with other friendly dogs in a safe environment. Lots of friendly staff. The owners are friendly and professional. I love that I can see my dog on the cameras. We do half days for him (6hrs) and he comes home exhausted and happy. He's been going there once a week almost every week for almost 2 years now. Highly recommend.

This is a long overdue review. Camp Run-A-Mutt is hands down the best place for doggie daycare and boarding I have ever used. When I moved from NYC a few years back, I researched places for my Frenchie, Hugo. I had a few requirements: 1. Pet friendly staff (too many places have employees who do not seem to like dogs, which defeats the purpose) ; 2. Trustworthiness (I’ve read numerous news articles describing vacationing families receiving telephone calls that their dogs have died - usually from heat/dehydration) ; and 3, no cages (my dog has never been caged and would probably have a nervous breakdown if caged overnight).
Camp Run-A-Mutt exceeded all my requirements and expectations. The staff treats Hugo like a member of their own family. When he boards, it’s “free range, ” with dogs sleeping on comfy beds, chairs or couches. Also, they maintain “muttcams” so that you can check up on your dog during the day (though, I try to give Hugo his space).

I like that before a dog can attend Camp Run-A-Mutt, the staff conducts a “temperament test. ” They are exposed to a mild-mannered dog in a controlled setting to determine whether the dog is suitable. I have had friends whose dogs have failed the test (oh, the shame!).

Most of all, Hugo loves going there and I have piece of mind that he’s safe and in good hands. He loves it so much that when I pick him up at the end of the day, he has to personally say goodbye to all the staff members.

Our German Shepherd always has the BEST time at Camp-Run-a-Mutt. The staff are always so kind and professional. You won’t find a better experience for a daycare or boarding for your pup. The dogs are never in kennels and are always outside our sleeping in one large group together.

Staff is awesome! They are always cheerful and welcoming and though he is fairly new, they know him by name. The Muttcams are one of my favorite things! I love to check on him throughout the day and it's so fun to see him and even the other dogs!

Camp Run-A-Mutt is a total life saver for busy families who love their dogs. We started taking our Pitbull x German Shepherd rescue puppy there for boarding from time to time, and she absolutely LOVES it there. Ever since her first 1/2 day at camp, she doesn't even look back at us when we drop her off and trots straight in! Once we went on vacation and she had to stay overnight for 4 nights, they offered a grooming service for $35 on the last day of her boarding. This was a nice little bonus since you're always exhausted after a vacation, and bathing your dog is one of the last things you want to do when you get home. The muttcams are wonderful, you can see the workers really love dogs and know what they're doing.

I have 2 dogs and they love spending the day at the camp; they come home tired ready for a nap. They sleep all night when they attend the camp

We've been taking our dog Juno to Camp Run-A-Mutt for daycare, boarding and grooming for four years. Juno loves it! As soon as we turn on 4th street she gets super excited - barking and wagging - because she knows she's going to have a fun day. The owners and staff are wonderful.

Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly when I walked in and asked a couple questions, but it also smelled of dog urine immediately upon opening the front door so I opted not to use their services.

I love this place! My Fur baby Rocky has a blast when he is there! In the mornings before I take him I have to make sure I feed him first before I say, “do you want to go to school, and play with your friends? ”
If I don’t do that It’s game over and will wait at the door until we leave.let’s me know how happy he looks forward to going to camp Runn a mutt.
Staff are always very friendly and take good care of all dogs:) I am able to check on Rocky any time I want through mutt cams.
Ever since rocky started going to camp Runn a mutt his behavior and attitude changed In a positive way!
Thank you all!

Our dog loves this place. We’ve taken her other places and she’s done well but she only gets excited when we take her to Camp Run-A-Mutt. Great staff and facility.

Nelo loves going here. He pushes me out of the car so he can go play with his friends. When he come home he is wore out.
