Great shop. Very knowledgeable and do the job right. Took my truck for a major tune up and coolant leak. They checked it out from bumper to bumper and it's running like new again. Highly recommend

It started off promising, but has turned into a nightmare. After 3+ weeks they still couldn't fix my car and told me to take it to dealership. They're communication during this time got worse and worse. I called them at least 30 times. Now I'm working with the dealership and they're saying that Campbell's didn't even install a part that they said they would.
Moral of the story: always go to the dealership.

I called ahead and made an appointment to get my truck fixed, Dropped off my vehicle and was told they would call me later in the afternoon to confirm the work that was needed - no phone call. I called the next morning and was told they would call me in a few hours - no phone call. I called again in the afternoon and left a message on their machine, nobody returned my call. I finally reached them at the end of day 2 of hearing nothing from them and they hadn't even looked at it yet. Two days of them having my truck with an appointment and they couldn't even call me and hadn't even looked at the truck. Clearly they don't care about customer service or communication.

I've been taking my car here for years. This is one of the most trustworthy places to go to. The owner always takes time to talk with you and the prices are reasonable.
