The lady with short hair and glasses (shorter hair than mine, I am a male) was the rudest, most ignorant person I have ever dealt with in my life. I inquired of a lease 30 minutes prior. The reasonable, polite lady I had talked to stated she would not be there. What a shame: I had cash money to pay you the entire lease. I was lambasted that I had entered a "staff only": the only issue, typically a "staff only" door is closed, not left wife open as I found. She was demented. The owner should be ashamed to hire such an incompetent being to staff a lease office.

New manager will not clean or open pool even during summer time and shuts water off at random times without notice

Ummm Ewwwww! Looked at the pictures posted on the website. They are definitely deceiving. The residents in the whole front row that you see from outside the park are trash collectors! Dirty filthy trash piled up. Decided to never step foot inside. If that's what this camping place presents to the public I can imagine how bad it is inside

California Resort. Isn’t what you see in the photos. The place have long term residents. The resident have accumulated junk all around there trailers. The pool isn’t clean, water is green. The storage for trailer looks like junk yard. They do not have proper security.
There is homeless people living near by, whom I seen, walk in and out of the property. This place is a fire hazard. They do have anyone taking care of the landscape.
Management needs to be fired, Campers Resort doesn’t own up to there name. Need a complete Renovation.
Not safe place for kids.

Terrible staff, there all super racist towards mexicans. There’s always a white lady going around smoking cigarettes stinking up the place, very unprofessional. All the staff is super rude, the light and water always go out like 10 times a month. Very loud neighbors, their always yelling and fighting each other. I once saw a guy hit his wife while living here. My main reason why I don’t recommend this place is because they are super racist, if you are mexican or black I do not recommend this place.

Its very pleasant people are so friendly an overall family oriented place to visit but don't over stay your welcome cause u just might not wanna leave.

That was ok place. I think is getting full in occupancy, this probably means they give you good deals

We have a friends that live there. We had my stepsons bday party there. The pool is nice, clean and big. There is a grass area next to pool with a bench so we did pintas in grass area

Very clean week maintained but they need to offer clubs to pay the miniature golf pool is huge and clean very quiet Park didn't realize it went that far back into the park very nice need a little more shade areas in the park is Park area

We were invited by a friend to go swimming who lives here.yesterday we were very rudely kicked out. The tennents are nice however the staff is not. Don't bother with this place its dirty nothing works properly. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place is clearly a missed manage nightmare, anybody that post a positive review on this staff or this place is got to be a friend or one of the staff themselves trying to make it sound like it's a good place it's not, you can check it out for yourself but with a gate that doesn't work half the showers and toilets and don't function properly the pool or jacuzzi is always on it not working come on get real.

Nice place, just need some of the tenants to clean up their homes a bit. Nice people all around, good place and price.
