4They will only help you if you’re Mexican, they’re rude when they answer the phone they act like they are helping with the bill assistance out of their own check!
I sent in ALL INFO + self addressed stamped envelopes to them weeks ago. Today in my mail, I got my electric bill. Totals, over 2 months, of over $240.00! I called C. Unidos and was told to send copy last bill + a self addressed stamped manila envelope!
Excuse me? I ALREADY HAD DONE THAT! NOW, MY SITUATION IS REALLY BAD AS I DO NOT HAVE THAT MONEY ON ME! SO, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
ARE THEY GOING TO CUT OFF MY UTILITIES?
