Campo di Bocce of Fremont / City Beach Volleyball Club reviews
29Large space. Courteous staff. Good for team events. Bocci the game can be a hit or miss though. Food was decent.
The Food is always delicious. I really like the lamb lollipops. The staff are Friendly and the service is top notch. After eating, it's nice to play bocce ball.
This spot knows how to take care of their clients. Consistently with a friendly attitude. The food is conveniently priced, always delightful and clean.
I wish I had gotten more pictures of the food, it was all so pretty! We started with bruschetta, chicken wings, and skillet burrata. Those chicken wings deserve 5 stars for themselves! If you don’t like it spicy, then they aren’t for you! Bruschetta was delicious and the bread was crostini was perfect! I ordered the small chicken piccata, it was great and the risotto and veggies were delicious, wish I had gotten the regular I didn’t think it would be so small. Other people in our group weren’t happy with their meals, especially the lamb lollipops, hardly any meat on them and lots of fat. Dessert we had tiramisu and bread pudding! I could eat that bread pudding everyday, it was so so moist! Our waiter was great, but he had someone that helped him take away our plates and that guy wasn’t so nice, seemed like he didn’t want to be there, didn’t even acknowledge our thank you’s or anything, like he couldn’t be bothered, guy with long brown/blonde hair? Bocce was fun!
We had our company Christmas party here. The food was great, they had a nice selection of local and international wines, and playing bocce is a ton of fun!
A fantastic time. This was our second team event and it was again a hit. Great value for the money.
Went to a wedding yesterday. Food was not ready when restaurant was suppose to serve it. I am sure they months of advance notice. Not good for people looking for a venue like me and a few people. We like the place the space the location but will not use this place because of food service problem.
Great place for work events and family gatherings. Food is great, but a little pricey. Nothing better than a little competitive bocce with your co-workers!
Fantastic place for groups, food was surprisingly good and service was amazing. Bocce ball was easily explained for beginners with staff willing to help along the way.
Nice Bocce ball area, food was okay. Service was as good as it can be due to the lack of training. Management could train host/s better about menu as well as well as have them sample food to understand the menu better. Most of the staff didn't know they serve branded sparkling water. Lol They need a better desert menu to complete the Italian vibe.
This place has a lot of potential. However, the rock climbing area is not well vented and smells of BO, badly. They should shut this off from the main entrance that people use for the restaurant and bar.
The bar is nice, the food is good. Most of the serving staff is friendly.
This was a really fun place. They have rock climbing and bocce call inside and out. You can order drinks and appetizers or your meal while you play. The dinner entrees were disappointing. Plain. And for how nice everything else was, I expected more from the food.
It doesn't have the ambiance of the Los Gatos location, I assume it's good for work functions and large groups
Pizza: takes a while but patience is worth the wait! Toppings are as fresh as can be with a nice crisp bottom and soft crust on the top.
Staff: Great hospitality! From the beginning to end staff is very friendly and constantly making sure the environment is nice and clean.
BONUS: when your ready for a box just bring your pizza up to the front and they will box it for you!
Food was pretty decent, but not great. They have a nice bar and have a couple dfliffrent kinds of games here. My favorite is the fact they have a huge rock climbing gym!
A wonderful place to grab food and drinks. But also have a fun game of bocce. They explain the rules of the game really well and it's a bunch of fun for all ages.
Great group dinner and activity spot. The Bocce ball is really fun and casual, foods is good. All around good time.
I loved my first visit to Campo do Bocce. We had an SME function with engineers and spouse enjoying a beautiful spring outdoors. Great food, drinks and service. Many of us having this relaxing day of meet and greet while playing a new to us game of Bocce. I can't wait to return for new friends were made and all need a rematch. I need to return just to try all the other amenities and offerings.
City Beach is no more. It closed a few years ago. Campo di Bocce is now here, although I have not eaten there.
Been here 4 times for dinner and rented a space out for a birthday party and the food and service was great
