I have been to CCP 3 times for a recurring shoulder issue. My first visit I would give 4 stars, but I always had the same therapist, and she helped alleviate my symptoms and set me up to strengthen myself going forwards. My second visit, I would give probably 2 and a half stars. I started with one PT but was given to another one who actually had his last day before my sessions were even done, and I think he was already mildly checked out. Upon calling this time to set my first appointment, I was asked if I had any PT I would prefer, I said my only preference is that I get just one PT and not get bounced around again. She said okay, got me in to see my first PT, who was literally leaving within 2 weeks, then I got another one, and then another one. Upon receiving my 3rd PT on my 7th or 8th visit, I was done. I called them up and explained that I only had one request, and they completely ignored it. In my experience at Physical Therapy, it is very important to have one method, it's important to establish the problem, work towards a solution with a set of exercises, and gradually increase the rigor and volume of the exercises as it goes on. Making adjustments as you go. This time around I basically had 3 different evaluations, 3 different methods, no consistent set of exercises, no real homeplan setup, and no one really in charge of my care. It was utterly slapstick. They just wanted to take my money. There was no reason to continue my care, they weren't doing anything for me. I honestly feel robbed. As an extra insult to injury, I came in one last time to sit with the PT I actually really liked, and establish some kind of plan going forward. As I was sitting in the waiting room. The girl who works the desk started whispering with the other girl who works there about me. Lol, I mean I could literally hear her, I was sitting right there. She said that I had scolded her on the phone and they laughed and giggled about it. Lol, at least wait till I leave the room, jeez. For the record, I did not raise my voice or get the least bit nasty. I calmly said what I said above and made it clear I was not happy with my care. She made it clear she didn't really care. I told the young lady, I wasn't attacking her, but I needed to express my concerns with someone. I mean she works the front desk, and schedules the appointments right? She's also the one who I told it was important to me to only see one PT. Who else was I supposed to talk to about it?

Joe is an excellent PT who takes the time to assess and plan ideal treatment, which in my case was a knee problem. Each week he always followed up on my progress and modified therapy according to my issues. Great listener and problem solver. And his assistant Xander is equally attentive, providing excellent support. And let’s not forget the front desk folks who go the extra step to take care of scheduling and therapy needs. I highly recommend Campus Commons PT!

Joe McIntire is a friendly, compassionate and skilled therapist who healed my sports injury in record time. From the initial assessment, I knew Joe was listening and formulating a plan to get me back on my feet. We shared many laughs during my sessions and even though I “graduated” sooner than anticipated, I know I can count on Joe to be there for the next sports injury. Shout out to the front office staff and assistants too - especially Jasmin. Everyone is so friendly and professional. A very well-run office and overall pleasant experience.

Campus Commons is super! I had a labrum repair and microfracture surgery done on my hip in January and joined Campus Commons for PT during the 2-6 month recovery window. I thought they were amazing! It was nice having full hour appointments and I felt they kept really great notes and a solid recovery plan going. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was pushed past my limits, yet always felt challenged and saw significant improvement. I was even sliding around on the ice skating simulator in the last couple of weeks! 10/10, would recommend Mark, Troy, and Campus Commons to anyone:)

Bad experience as this place only cared about taking our money instead of helping my family member! TERRIBLE!

Writing this review after both my wife and I received PT here for extended period of times. 4-6 months. My wife came for mysterious back pain and I for a shoulder injury. My wife saw the owner due to the severity and complexity of her issue - she spoke glowingly of him. After 6 months of pain, it took him only 6 weeks for her to find relief. She eventually solved 98% of the pain…

I have spent 3 months with Jessica Cordero and my time with her prompted this review. After years of nagging shoulder pain that finally took me out of the gym - I came here. Jessica took the time and thought to craft a plan specifically for me and altered each exercise for my issues and goals. She also added several forms of “manual therapy” - the combo of the exercises and MT was very effective. It was obvious she would improvise each week to find a exercise and MT, that worked. Other employees often commented, they’d never seen that before. We are not complete but the progress is great.

This location serves the neighborhood that is primarily elderly, many Medicare patients. We are much younger and they still did a great job. I highly recommend CCPT - ask for Jess.

I love the staff here. They are all kind, knowledgeable and very effective. They helped me rehab my back once and my shoulder another time. Joe M.was my therapist both times and he is great. Would push me, but not too far. He always made sure I understood what he was doing and always asked me if I had any questions when we were done. I would without hesitation recommend Campus Commons PT!

Wonderful, caring workers here. They have kept me moving even as my hip was deteriorating. I will return following the hip replacement this summer.

Excellent care! I completed a round of therapy for neck pain here. Very happy with my experience. Mark and the team did a great job personalizing a care plan for me and coaching me through the exercises.

I have been going to Campus Commons Physical Therapy for over a year. Having two major foot surgeries back to back meant a lot of PT. Joe was Awesome! He had a rehab plan to gain mobility and strength in the foot and ankle allowing me to have right foot surgery only 4 months after the left foot He gave me exercises to do at home to continue working on the left foot while I was recovering from the second surgery. I was very happy to return to Joe to rehab the right foot. He is great at explaining what each exercise is for, encouraging me to challenge myself, and adapting exercises when I was having a rough day. A shout out to Zandra who would work with me towards the end of each session. The office staff was friendly and you didn’t have to worry about dealing with all the insurance stuff as they sort it all out. I got reminder calls or texts for my appointments, so I was sure not to miss any. Thanks to everyone at Campus Commons PT… YOU ROCK!

I only have good things to say about this place. Super friendly staff all around (front desk, aides, and PTs). My PT, Joe, was a pleasure to work with. He prioritized my healing while also challenging me. I was very bummed and pessimistic about my injury until I started working with Joe. Very soon after we started, I was making serious progress and I attribute that to Joe! The strength and balance exercises were fun, challenging, and diverse. (Emphasis on fun, though). This was my worst ankle injury yet, but I feel like it was the best recovery I’ve ever had. Thank you Joe & Campus Commons for a great experience!

The entire staff is very professional, friendly and efficient.
Joe McIntire PT, DPT was the therapist who worked with me. He is very knowledgeable, attentive to the client’s situation and needs. His experience and knowledge allow him to adjust or modify an exercise for the client.
And he’s friendly, allowing one to feel comfortable.

My experience at Campus Commons Physical Therapy (CCPT) has been nothing short of exceptional, especially during my challenging journey of recovering from brain surgery. I initially began my therapy at another facility, but making the switch to CCPT was a game-changing decision that proved invaluable for my recovery.

What sets CCPT apart is their dedication to addressing the unique needs of each patient. In my case, the complexity of my situation demanded specialized care and additional research. Dr. Joe McIntire and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise by going above and beyond to tailor a therapy plan specifically for me.

At CCPT, I was consistently challenged and motivated to push beyond my comfort zone. Dr. McIntire and his team maintained a delicate balance of providing the support I needed while ensuring that I continued to make steady progress toward regaining my normal function.

The compassionate and knowledgeable staff at CCPT are true experts in their field. Their unwavering commitment to my recovery made a significant difference in my overall well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend CCPT to anyone in need of high-quality physical therapy services.

I was referred to CCPT after shoulder surgery. My experience @CCPT was awesome! The objective for both myself and CCPT, was to strengthen, maintain my range of motion, get (and stay) on the right track to recovery. My initial PT, Joe (the Master) is very knowledgeable, motivating and steadfast in creating a program to ensure a positive rehab: making sure I understood what was needed and why. A special Thanks to Charlie, the Next Man Up, for pushing me and incorporating some new and innovative exercises for me; all of which I can do at home! I highly recommend CCPT for your Physical Therapy needs!

I was seen at Campus Commons PT after having low back surgery. Mark & his staff are amazing. I was progressing and getting stronger after each visit. Within 2 months, I felt like me again. The facility is clean, staff are courteous, & they met all of my medical needs. I had the pleasure of working not only with Mark, but his intern Daniel LaBelle. I worked with him for weeks and he did an amazing job helping me regain my strength. If it weren’t for Daniel’s knowledge, professionalism, encouragement, & all around great personality, I wouldn’t be doing as great as I am today. He made every appointment something to look forward to. Kudos to Mark for having such an amazing team. Thank you Campus Commons PT!
