This place is not worth it, after many times trying this place and they still have bad service

The worst service ever, ever wonder why there line is always busy, when I arriving to there parking I called I was put on hold right away, she was helping a guest which Is understandable but as soon as she finished 2 guest walk in and she takes there order first, as im still holding on the line I decide to walk in with phone to see if she would take my order on the phone first or take me as I walk in, they place people on hold and leave them on hold everytime I call the line is ALWAYS busy
And there manager not noticing hopefully there's a change in services

I've been dining at CJ for about 8 years. The first time was the loc on State College and Lincoln, then the ine on Tustin Ave, and finally this Euclid location.

Food: Great tasting tortas! I specially enjoy the Torta Cubana with a mix of meat and tasty salsa. Next for me is Milanesa or Pierna
Their beef flautas are delish,
and their Tortilla Soup is bomb!
*They now give the sauce and chips separately as seen on my photos.

-Their salsa bar (with 3 salsas), grilled chiles, and lemons is top notch!

Price: They were better priced years ago, but now that they're so popular (plus inflation/MW up) prices have increased over 25%, this is noticeable with smoothies & juices.

Service: From my first visit, I noticed that their CS is NOT on par with the quality of the food. Cashiers seemed rushed and moody, EVEN ON THIS LAST VISIT. I witnessed what appeared to be the Manager to be short tempered and speaking in a rude-like tone to 2 other employees.
A similar experience occurred several times at the State College location.
The Tustin loc seemed to be the most friendliest and less "rushed. "

-I speak Spanish, but one can sense a pro-MX/Spanish bias once inside.
I get it, it's MX food, however non-MX/Latinx folks will prob like to enjoy this food, so service & consideration ought to be part of their training.overall, their food is some of the best in OC and their orange salsa is!

Spanish: La comida es muy buena, esp las tortas y flautas. La salsa naranja es la mas picosa. Y los jugos tienen buen sabor. El precio es algo alto, pero vale la pena.
El servicio pudiera ser mejor.

I like this place, but I hate the service, if ur not Mexican or speak Spanish they give you an attitude and bad service, I called to order something, cashier answered in Spanish! And when I orded in English and told her I don't speak Spanish she hangup on me! So I called again and made my order, so when I got there I went to pay for my order and they don't know what order is mine because she didn't asked me for my name phone# or anything to know my order, I asked who is the Manger to talk to her about what happened she refused and said this place is a Mexican place and she doesn't have time to waste on me! And she left, I'm really upset about the situation, she technically meant if I'm not Mexican or speak Spanish to not go there so I want to know if that the Owner/Corp Thought them to say that! It is still S~~~~~o delicious.
But staffs are so terrible.
I had to wait for order in front of front desk until they finish their useless goship (about 3minute). They could do it after they get my order. However, they didn't care whether customer was in front of front desk or not.

I came here once two days ago and ordered 2 watermelon and mango agua fresca and lemon with chia and the water was awful and the chia was just floating on the top of the water. For my mom and she threw it away cause the water was spoiled. Imagine if that was bad I wonder how the food is. I will never go here again ever again.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Horrible service and food, excessive salt. One salsa for a $30 order & it was only filled half way or less in the 2 oz container. They forgot half my order, no flan even thought it’s clearly included in the #3 torta combo. My food was cold. No limes even though I asked for them. Then spent an entire 20 min contacting the restaurant and kept getting placed on hold. The woman who finally answered was very rude and unprofessional. I spoke to her in Spanish and then she began speaking to me in English, She just gave me the option of contacting Grubhub and never offered an apology. I was calm letting her know I would but I still wanted to contact the restaurant and let them know of my missing items as Grubhub was not the one preparing or bagging my order and she hung up on me. Very out of line. Don’t work in hospitality/customer service if you’re going to behave this way. It was plain out wrong and rude of her.

Very unsatisfied with my order. I ordered a mango smoothie with added chia seeds. The chia seeds were not even mixed in with my smoothie. I guess next time I will have to be specific with the employees to mix my smoothie.

Placed an order through Ubereats. The delivery was fine. But what I don't appreciate is asking for certain condiments for my order and not receiving them. The receipt on my bag had it CLEARLY labeled what I requested but whoever packed the order decided to only pack what they wanted.
Nothing irks me more!

Worst experience they never answered the phone.
“Can I put you on hold for a sec. ” 10 min later Just don’t offer to go orders over the phone period. I’ve been in this industry for years and Cancun juice is always lacking on customer service.

Ordered doordash and the food did not disappoint.im picky, but the food was amazing especially the asada huarache. The natural oj is on point.also very timely.ordering again tonight

Larger establishment right in the heart of burrito district. High ceilings, sumptuous aroma and atmosphere. Consistently fresh and well-seasoned. Easy and quick for takeout but eating there is awesome, especially in the evening when there's often great, live mariachi adding to the ambiance.
