Horrible I asked for a salad and they gave me ground chicken and the workers they have don't know how to do their job

One of the best place for fresh squeezed juice! And the staff is super friendly! Love this place

BEST GREEN SALSA I'VE EVERY HAD! It's on the first floor of the mall in the food court area. The food was very tasty and delicious. The Chicken Taco Salad was so darn good. Perfect portion. The Steak Cancun Salad was also delicious, but the steak was very tough and chewy. Not sure if that's how it usually is or I just got a bad batch of meat. The watermelon juice was also exceptionally delicious. They do have some seating inside the restaurant, and there's seating out in the food court.

Every Sunday I go with my family to eat in the afternoon, they make the tortas super fast and very tasty with the golden bread as I like, but the rest takes a long time to come out, for some golden chicken taquitos we wait more than half an hour, so we better only order tortas and the one I like the most is the Mexican and chicken.

I always go to this Cancun but today was bad service, in Google it says they open at 8am so I stopped by 8: 50 and it wasn’t open the ladies in cashiers told me that they were close and she was letting the phone ring over and over so much that the cook came over and asked here if she was going to pick up the phone and she said I don’t care that’s when I said I’m out of here if that’s the vibe and respect employees have towards costumers I want no food from this place!

You are allowed to order a torta that is nondairy but the cooks are not used to the request, so they are likely to get it wrong; they added cheese and mayo to my torta even tho i asked for no cheese no mayo. I didn't like the "Cancun" juice, i recommend trying a different flavor, maybe Pepino con Limon.

I ordered the new Dirty Horchata, I DO NOT recommend it from this location. It had no flavor and big chucks of flan inside the drink. The chicken taquitos with green salsa also had no flavor. Cancun juice is really loosing its quality flavors in the food and drinks. The service was not acceptable. One register open with a person that was having difficult time taking the order and going back to the kitchen to get the prepared orders.

I do not recommend this location.

I always come to this place because I like the food, but today I had a very bad experience, my daughter has gastritis, she asked for a juice which we did not think was very acidic, my daughter only tried it and realized that it was super acidic I asked the manager if he could change it for me and I explained the price, he grabbed the spleen, opened it and poured himself into another spleen, he came back and said that he could not change it, by the way, in a very rude way and without empathy, it is ugly see how customer service no longer matters, and since the owners do not know who they put in charge of their businesses, young people without experience without education, because for not paying well they put who they know, really that is why we are as we are and the saddest thing that came from a Latino if it had been in another restaurant I know this would not have happened, by the way the Manager is called FRANCISCO and already save. If you come here be sure to ask the ingredients that a drink or food brings, the other time my food had a hair and it was not a scandal nor did I ask for a discount, I just asked that they change it and yes they were with a thousand apologies and right now for health My daughter can't take acids. This really came out with sadness and impotence, the treatment I received that I won't come back and my family even less, and it's not the money but the treatment.

I was waiting in front of the cashier for 10 minutes, nobody is at the register, nobody takes the order, 2 employees go from here to there and I am here waiting for someone to take my order, very bad service, the order took more than 25 minutes, almost 40 minutes for one cake, an endalada and two tacos, I won't return, Janas, to this hovel

The food was really good. It's probably the place you go to when you want something better than taco bell. Staff was fast and helpful. I'm coming back!

Delicious food. Great clean area and kind employees. Definitely coming back after Candeeland
