Candy Cane Inn

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. It's so beautiful, clean and soundproof. I don't hear the neighbours, the pillows and sheets are soft, you can control the fan speed and temperature of the AC, the shutters are easy to slide up and down to open and close, beds and mattress are perfectly comfortable for a sound sleep. There are two levels of a long stretch or rooms, you can hear sometimes people walking on top of you, that is kids running like little monsters but it's really not that big of a deal. They have a hot spa and a beautiful heated pool surrounded by fire places and table/longe seating. Towels for pool are always clean and available. The room has a tub you can soak in with a toilet next to it, the sink and mini fridge (small, enough for a couple of things) are in the main space with the beds. The TV is a smart TV that you can log in and watch your Netflix account and Amazon, etc. Breakfast is served at 6: 30AM, they provide cheese and ham, egg, sausage croissants, cereal, boiled eggs, doughnuts and fruit, get there at 6: 30, it fills up fast, you take your breakfast by the pool in a beautiful atrium like setting. Coffee is available in your room, which is cleaned daily, towels and garbage replaced, beds are made each day, its like you walk in into a brand new room each time you get home from a long day at Disney! It's right next door, they even have a super cute trolly/bus that can take you if you are lazy or just want to enjoy the experience. Each room is located outside with your own personal entry with a key card, it also allows you access to the gated pool. You are greeted by a gorgeous fountain (perfect sefies for your TickTock obsessed kids) a super lovely photo opportunity for all upon entering the property. There are parking spots available for all the guests. Wifi is easy to connect to, no password needed. There are a lot of staff that maintain the property, and I can't recommend this place enough. We are staying here for the week, we paid $200 something for each night, which is a bargain in Anaheim. If you want to buy food to bring with you to Disney do not go to Target, very expensive, go to market next door, and cheap souveniers are the best at a hole in the wall looking gift shop literally right across the street in a small strip connected to a pizza and Taco joint, you won't find any shirts cheaper than 17$ anywhere, like nice ones, good ones are over 24$, its not cheap here, be prepared to drop major cash each day, but it's not everyday we go to Disney! This place made my stay with my two kids extremely pleasant. Breakfast was served every day, and while similar there was enough to pick from that you didn't get bored of breakfast options. Plus they have a beautiful outdoor seating area that doubles and the pool/spa area. And there is plenty of seating to accommodate lots of people around breakfast hour which beats almost any other hotel I've stayed in.

Additionally the rooms were lovely and featured actual glass cups, which you don't see in many hotels these days. The decor of the place was amazing, with a ton of trees, plants, an vines carefully maintained to present a beautiful environment. Combined with the location literally right next door to Disneyland, how quiet the rooms were, and the price range, you really can't beat it.

The Candy Cane Inn is really a 5 star hotel!

Newly renovated rooms were welcoming after a long day at the park. Super comfortable beds! Excellent service, location (7 minute walk to Disney or free shuttle), and free breakfast. Can’t say enough good things about the Candy Cane, we will return soon!

Everything about our stay with Candy Cane went great. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We go to Disneyland at least once per year and this was one of the few hotels that didn't have road noise. The hourly shuttle to the main entrance had very friendly drivers that let the kids ring the trolley bell. The renovated room was very nice and very clean. The breakfast was a big step above most of the other hotels we've stayed at with the fruit being fresh and the egg croissants being made with real eggs. Our favorite place to stay down here by far.

We love this place and have been coming here for 20+ years. Just there in June 2023 and the renovation is fantastic. We highly recommend however I don't want to tell too many people- it's a great little secret.

After a 6 night stay, I have nothing but amazing things to say about Candy Cane! Great pricing, safe, clean, convenient. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful.maintenance gave us immediate attention for a problem with our door lock/keys with genuine care; housekeeping staff were lovely and kind; front desk quick and attentive; evening maintenance around the pool polite and helpful; breakfast staff quick with a greeting, a smile, and a helping hand. Everyone working there seemed to be happy and want their guests to have an amazing stay. This was our first visit to the hotel, but will be both returning in the future, as well as sharing our experiences with anyone thinking of heading to Disneyland. And the breakfast included at Candy Cane was far superior to the $75 one we had at IHOP.for 3 adults.keep that in mind when pricing your trips!

Nice little motel. Clean. Newly renovated. Good free breakfast and parking. Also has a shuttle to Disney. A well run business.

I absolutely loved staying here. It is close to Disneyland AND they offer free shuttles to the park all day. The employees were the nicest I've ever come across and I've traveled a lot. DO NOT SLEEP ON THE BREAKFAST BAR. It's very much above average! I will definitely stay here again on my next Disneyland trip

Great place for a Disneyland vacation. 15 walk to entrance. Has a free shuttle but we didn't use it. Breakfast is good. Free parking. Nice swimming pool, hot tub, and small pool for toddlers.

This place is great! It’s conveniently located right next to Disneyland. The rooms are great clean and well-maintained. The grounds are beautiful I love the landscaping and the breakfast bar they have every day is on point with tons of good food to start your day. The staff is super friendly helpful, there is a Starbucks right across the street. I will definitely be staying here again. Oh yeah, and they have a shuttle service that runs every hour on the hour to and from Disneyland.

Was not expecting much more than a crash pad next to Disneyland with a cutesy name but this place far exceeded my expectations. Beds and bedding felt luxe and the breakfast was so much better than their "expanded continental" label conveys. Grateful for the on-site laundry which was super-clean and well-maintained. No ridiculous parking fee and free shuttle to the parks. Very clean. Walk to restaurants, shopping.

Just stayed here for the first time and enjoyed our stay. Rooms are very clean and recently renovated, which is important as someone who hates staying in hotels. Staff is nice and friendly. The pool is small, but my kids had fun swimming in it. There is a Walgreens, CVS, 7-11 and another convince store a very short walk away. Easy walk to the parks, or they have a shuttle if you don't feel like walking. Dinning options nearby. The breakfast available every morning is a nice touch. There was cereal, doughnuts, muffins, cheese, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, bread & ham & cheese crossaints. Juice, milk & coffee. The coffee was terrible, so I'd skip that You can see part of the guardians of the galaxy ride and the back of radiator springs racers from here. Can also see the fireworks from Disneyland. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

I just got back from a stay at Candy Cane after the remodel. It was so nice to be back. Mostly everything is the same here except for when the bus picks up and drops off. Wish the pick-up and drop-off times would have stayed the same pre-covid. The rooms are clean and beautifully remodeled. What really makes Candy Cane Inn stand out from all the rest is the service. The staff is stellar and will treat you like family. Thank you, front desk- Jeremy & Carlos, housekeeping-Susana, and breakfast hospitality- Jesus for making our trip that much more special with your kindness.

We had a great stay at the Candy Cane Inn. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent and on top of everything. The grounds of the property were beautiful. The walk to Disneyland was easy. Would 100% stay here again!

First time staying here but definitely not the last. We loved this hotel! It's been gorgeously updated, the landscaping is beautiful, it's super clean and only a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Lobby is very nice. They always have coffee, water, and fruit infused water available to guests. Every staff member we came across were very courteous and friendly. You will see lots of staff, they are constantly making sure everything is clean and taken care of which makes it easy to ask for something you may need.

The room was a decent size with comfortable beds. There were 5 of us so we needed a rollaway. The rollaway made it a bit snug but totally doable. We had a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The lighted makeup mirror was nice! Again, everything was super clean.

There's 2 minor things I wish the room had. #1-there's only a nightstand between the 2 beds so whoever sleeps on the sides further away from it, have no where to put their stuff. I had to put my water and phone on the ground. #2- I wish there were more hooks in the shower/toilet area.

Breakfast is served starting at 6: 30. Lots of options. Bagels, peanut butter, ham and cheese croissants, muffins, donuts, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, granola, cereal, waffles that you make yourself, cheese, hard boiled eggs. Coffee, juice, hot chocolate, tea. We all enjoyed breakfast. The ham and cheese croissants are delicious. We warmed ours up.

We loved coming back from Disney in the afternoon to soak in the hot tub and let the kids swim in the pool. Lots of seating, plenty of towels.

It was easy to hop on the trolly when we wanted to go back to the park. Doesn't save you any time going to the park but coming back is quick.
