I like the employees and the product is decent. But deliveries shouldn't take 3 hours.

Have been coming here for a long time but will never return do to how rude staff was being. I was served by Alondra and not only did she have no suggestions for me, she was short, rude, and kept rolling her eyes while I was asking questions. I will not be going back until whoever runs this place can get their staff together. The product isn’t bad but the staff make it a truly unwelcoming environment, that I now feel uncomfortable being in.

Didn’t get inside without a woman that works there being extremely rude and slamming the door in our faces. Better off driving out of California for bud than going to this overpriced shack and dealing with that nonsense. Maybe hire staff that uses the product. Because she clearly needs to try.

I'm super upset. First when I ordered online it gave me an option to buy some product. They told me that they weren't supposed to have that deal going. So that put my order at $47 and because it was $47 they wouldn't deliver because the order was now under 50. They told me I would have to reorder. I did and then my account was cancelled. They told me to make another account which I did but my order went in at 628 and now apparently it's to late to deliver. Not cool man. I've spent thousands in that shop

High prices just pass this place up. Rude arrogant receptionist that needs to learn respect for Elders and disabled Veterans.

Good prices. Somewhat small selection but has a little bit of everything with good prices. Check what their deals are before going too.

It was a very clean, well thought out set up. The staff was so kind, helpful & professional.

Very clean shop. I give three stars only because the people inside were not the friendliest in the world to me. Which is unfortunate because they have great reviews. They seemed to be short and not willing to not able to tell me about the products. I'm from out of state and was hopeful for a better 1st experience in a dispensary in CA.

Yours truly is a non- smoker (and yes I had to share that) but I did purchase some gummies to help me get my snooze on! They are actually doing the trick!

Amazing staff. Nick is very knowledgeable about the products and great with suggestions. Prices are on point and there is a nice selection to choose from. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area.

Iv been to my fair share of dispensarys and I have to say this one has a very nice vide. Everyone's super relaxed and welcoming. Hell so were the customers, we were all joking in the lobby just vibing having a good time. Their selection might not be as big as other dispensarys but it has most of what your looking for and at very decent prices, better than most in reno

Oh and the older gentlemen who works security deserves a raise. That guy is awesome

Love this place. I go in all the tiiiimee, so they deserve some praise after my experience the other day;
I made it with just a few seconds to spare before they closed and Nicky is so dope for running to get me inside before then lol da real MVP.
I felt SO bad for getting there right when they were closing but everyone in there was super cool about it. Faith and Melissa are so awesome for being patient with me while checking in and picking a product. Thank you, babes I really appreciate y'all.

All in all, the customer service here is 14/10 in my opinion and their selection is prime. Coming from a big city, with a ton of dispensaries and thousands of different brands, I have to say I am pretty impressed with this small town dispo. Much nicer than some places I have been in in Santa Cruz.

One of my new favorite places to go for cannabis, FUR SURE. Thank you to the staff for being so rad love y'all! Lol

Great selection and super friendly staff! Good vibes all around. Nick, Melissa, and Tommy were really helpful, everyone was so nice! Definitely coming back! If you’re anywhere near Lassen, this is a shop to check out for sure!
