6Upon arrival. The door was closed for check-in. At 6pm ️. As we are walking towards our we noticed the door was wide open. Walk back to the lady behind bars our problem. Blame it on the maid. Anyway though they had a continental breakfast. Sike. No breakfast. The other problem is our room is facing the busy street. No curtains save you're time find a better hotel.
Horrible greeting! Actually had the nerve to turn us away to the hotel down the street! Because we asked about the parking lot. Very unprofessional. DO NOT STAY
Charges $200 while sitting next to "tweaker park". How dare they! Disgusting rooms, criminals hanging in the parking lot, bad area. This place is just a glorified crack motel.
Very excellent very perfect very clean good service very good location and very good people treated me wonderfully I recommend them boys and girls that's why I give them 5 stars
Disgusting! Don’t come here with your family! They don’t vacuume the carpets, the shower was dirty with hair in it, the glass doors in the shower look like they haven’t been cleaned in months! Oh and that’s not the worst part once we were ready to tuck our children into bed we noticed the pillow cases were dirty and there was hair inside the bed sheets! Pulled over the sheets on other bed to see and those were dirty too! All the walls in that room were stained! Especially the big orange wall in the room. You could see tons of red, orange streaks of whatever was dripping down on them. Never again will I go here! Wasn’t even there 2 hours couldn’t have my family stay at a dirty place like that. Don’t waste your time or money here.
Rooms were clean however they are not in the center where there name leads you to believe. Pictures I saw showed swimming pool there was none. TV had spots all over it where it was broke. Walls not finished. All and all 1 out of 10. If there name would not of showed them at the warner center then I would of rated them higher. Maybe a 3 or 4. Ned was comfortable restrooms looked great they do have vending machines around rooms 110
