As I sit in my house with undergoing cancer treatment.a new system they put in less than a year ago. Never worked well. Now it’s flooded my house snd does not work at all. They refuse to address. When you can’t help out someone with cancer. That is the lowest of the low. Perhaps I’m saying that as I worked as a health care provider through the pandemic. Got their name from Carrier for a certified Carrier technician. From reception and scheduling to service technician this was an amazing experience. Came out next day 8am. Received text appt confirmation, text with photo ID of technician for 30 minute on the way notification. Johnny knew pretty much right away our mother board was fried. Had to wait. 5 days for it to come from somewhere else (in the country (not In Canoga Park’s control) to ship but they ordered it while Johnny was still at my house
and had a ship date for me. Before he left the house. Follow through with the scheduler was great, he reserved my repair date ahead of the part arriving. I called a few days later to check status of the part and it was in. I asked if they could come today instead of tomorrow’s pre scheduled appt. He was able to come within the hour and had the ac cooling within 45 minutes of being here. Will definitely use again.

AC not cooling. 1-Visit $95 + 2-Electronic Line leak tester reveals no leaks yet the system is super low on the refrigerant. 2- Needing up to 13 lbs @ $200/lb, I settled for 1 lb. => about $650

Nothing to do with hm but I am very unhappy about this membership business. Realize I have been unable to have service since covid and budget concerns. Having used Canoga heating for over 6 years I will look for a company with no membership and see if I can find a reasonable service price next time

Greg Castro was the technician who diagnosed and repaired my AC blower motor. This is the first time I have ever left a recommendation for a company and their technician but Greg really impressed me with his manners and the way he presented himself and how he explained the issue and what had to be done to fix the system. I will ask for him every time (not too often) great job!
