This place is wonderful staff and manager marisela chavez the best she is always in the need always smiling I just moved there a year ago and honestly I recommend this place, apartments so wonderful newly remodeled I just love this place and it is safe.

The units are nice they will not do well checks though. Elevator on site friendly people.
I have been living at Canterbury Court for over 3 years. All in all its a great complex. There was a management change over a year ago and for the better. Manager Marisela and her staff do a great job and there have been many positive changes. Complex is kept clean as they have a full time housekeeper who does a great job. Activities in Clubhouse that I cannot take advantage of as I am still a working guy and never around when Clubhouse is open. Clubhouse, however, is very nice and attractive inside. Brand new renovated laundry rooms with brand new washers/dryers. Downside would be putting up with certain residents disrespect issues. Guess that is going to happen anywhere. They have a good security company that patrols and responds at night. Fully armed and they seem very professional. Anyone looking for a nice senior complex should check out Canterbury Court.
Lived here since 2008 with my disabled husband it's great for 55 and up, Disability accommodations. Very Pet friendly, and close to all shopping walking distance, CVS, Walmart, grocery outlet, Mc Donald's, Jack In The Box, Department of motor vehicles, Management is very kind and attentive to our senior community. They offer a array of activities in the club house, morning coffee, Yoga, Games, Movies. BBQ's on Holidays.laundry facilities open 24 hours. We are one big Family.
