No Hot water, constant problem called maintenance.put in work order
More then once solar heating sucks
No hot water when you need it. So disappointed here.

Nice lg apt. Maintenance could do better when fixing things. Work looks low grade at best.

DONOT DO IT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Way too many thefts and robberies over the past few years. Unsafe neighborhood with rental cops as security that walk around on their phones and do absolutely nothing. The gate is constantly broke so NO! This is not a true gated community. Leaves gates and doors open for bums to waltz in and steel clothing out of the laundry rooms. All of my sons clothes were stolen and all the leasing office stated was "Im sorry but theres nothing we can do about it" Which in my opinion is obsurd with the fact that people pay their hard earned money to live in a gated community. And 2 weeks prior my blankets were also stolen from the laundry room. They couldnt even give me an explanation as to what they plan to do to rectify the ongoing issues and to make it a much safer place to stay. Please im warning you DONOT waste your time. They are located on the corner of 7th st.and Benson where most bums hang out. Please choose wisely! I wouldnt even give this place a half star but since its making me select on in order to post, well here you go.

Pool is closed and when is open they close at 5 and you have to make an appointment this really sucks they should lower the rent if we are not able to use the pool when we want to.

Don’t live here, unless you want you car vandalized ($3,600 in damages in 6 months), horrible management, the entire place smells like weed, none of the facilities are ever available, no access for laundry, high rent and did I mention rude management?

2) Property damage to your car
3) Laundy is dirty and most machines mostly don't work plus they steal your clothes
4) Poor Management
5) Sketchy people always shows up to our door
6) it's so GHETTO
7) ROACH Infestation on all apartments

Without a doubt, the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. First when we moved in, some of the lights as well as 2 out of the 4 burners weren’t working. Half of the electrical outlets also didn’t work. There was absolutely no one that did a walk through of the apartment complex before we moved in it seemed like. Then our air conditioner breaks within a month. First the maintenance staff tried to blame us for not knowing how to properly use the air conditioning system (which is complete bs). Then it took them MULTIPLE times to even get the air conditioner replaced cuz it was completely broken. Meanwhile we had to rent a hotel room for a few days because it was over 90 degrees in our apartment without a/c. But did Canyon Club apartments reimburse us for their mistake? No, of course not. I guess their residents getting heat stroke from their ineptitude isn’t worth it to them. Now our entire building has been without hot water for the past couple days. And we only got one email about it and still don’t even know when we’re getting hot water. This place has the worst communication I’ve ever seen. I could go on and on about the other issues we’ve had here but I think this post is long enough. Pick anywhere other than this place. It sucks.

Found some cans. Recycled them for some yin. And made a club after. Called it the canyon club

We have been dealing with RATS in our apartment (building 8) Alma the manager has only given us rat traps only! The rats have made holes on our couches and other items.pretty much she said that’s the only thing the apts can do for us! Stay away from these apartments! We are planning to move out once our lease is over! I have photos to proof what I am saying!

Expect every year to get a superhigh rent now with covid they dont care. I was told by the manager they increasing 3% but they raised me the 4%. Pool is closed, they rised the water bill, and parking.
