First time I've actually stopped in here (I live 2 minutes away for the past 15 years). Everyone, including the office help, nurse and vet were nice, professional and let myself and wife spend alone time making tough decisions. In the end, we put our dog down to ease his pain but this hospital and staff is top notch!
