8I've only been a handful times so far, but every time I've gone the customer service was friendly, quick and helpful.
Very poor customer service. I brought in the packages with prepaid labels from online shopping to return them. When I greeted at the man at the counter, he told me that he didn’t make any money because people kept bringing all these prepaid return labels. Then he took my packages and looked very annoying. I will never go to this place again because the man at the counter is very rude!
Used their Live Scan service. 'Uncle' made a clerical error but 'Nephew' blames me for their incompetence and accuses me of owing money because they paid twice. No record that they submitted my application. Very rude and arrogant service. Never again. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
Sent a book to a friend in Maui, Hawaii around 4 weeks ago and she never received it. They told me it would take 3 days. I was stupid not to ask for tracking number. They charged me 7 dollars.
Worst customer service, I give it one star only because I can drop off a package. Everytime i have been here it's like I'm putting them out and their time should not be wasted on a customer.
If you have other package options, I would use them.
I had a dire situation needing a notary fast and someone I could send documents to and overnight back to me. They printed the docs, my person came in to sign, they got the docs back in federal express and also scanned to me! They were fast, caring and so professional! Then I had to do it again the next day in a rush situation, they were right on it. So very impressed. I wish they were in my town! Nice job everyone there!
Terrible customer service. I've been in several times to drop off packages and have never been greeted in a friendly manner. Recently had an issue with tracking on a package I had dropped off. When i came back in to try to figure out what the problem was the man was of no help. He didn't offer to check their tracking information and told me to go to the post office. ZERO customer service skills! Two men working sitting with no other customers in the store at the time. I will drive further from now on for better customer service.
