5Contractors for military health assessments. Took me over a month to get a simple phone call with a provider due to broken processes there, systems not talking, and every employee giving you a different story. Luck of the draw on competency on which operator you'll get. Complete fraud, waste, and abuse of tax payer dollars.
I was recently examined by an audiologist Jeffrey B Reid who was very professional and courteous. He listened to my issues patiently and took the time to answer my questions. I’m also very claustrophobic and he did his best to make me comfortable.
The staff was very nice and courteous.
I had to go there for disability exam. The doctor was rude. He didn’t care what was wrong he was there to disprove my disability. They should be more careful. He pulled my leg so hard that I ended up in the ER with a pinch nerve & aggravated my condition. Still got denied. Be careful when visiting this facility.
The staff at this facility are great. This review is for a contract Doctor I saw for a VA C&P exam; Dr. Barbara Weiss. I was there for a musculoskeletal and neurological exam and found out she is a practicing OBGYN! Yup they had a Gynecologist conduct this specialty exam for me. Dr. Weiss wouldn't let me talk, cut me off, was rude, and unprofessional. She literally only asked me what I did for a living. Based on that, I got a scaling denial letter from the VA based on her completely exaggerated "opinion" of what I did as a profession. 99% of my time with her there was just doing Range of Motion and nerve exam. In my opinion, she is incompetent. I'd refuse to see her at her private practice and protest if they send you there to see her. - But again, the staff is great!
I came to QTC canoga park, waited less than 15 minutes from my appointment time and saw the doctor. The staff was friendly and the doctor had excellent patient rapport. I was seen by Dr. Weiss, she went out of her way to explain what she was doing, kept a calm attitude the entire time and was very professional. She took her time while examining me, and maintained a friendly attitude the entire time. This place was a great overall experience.
