Terrific and easy experience. We bought a new CX-90, and traded in a used sedan. We worked with Rick, who was knowledgeable and a Mazda owner himself. He was quick to give fair prices on the CX-90 and trade-in, and didn’t pull any of the dreaded dealer haggling tactics/tricks. He took the time to discuss purchasing options, and to troubleshoot the vehicle (garage door programming, etc.). We’d definitely use Capistrano Mazda again. We live in SD, but was well worth the drive to find a good dealer.

I purchased a pre-owned 2020 Mazda3 from this dealership and it was a rather pleasant and stress-free car-buying experience! Both Forouz and Diego were great salespeople to work with. Loved my experience at Capo Mazda! They had a great lease deal for the 2023 CX-30 I had to take advantage of. It was a super smooth and easy process. Diego was super communicative and made my first leasing experience 10/10. He went over everything with me beforehand so when I went in to pick up my car/sign the contract, there were no surprises. Oh and I LOVE my new car- handles and drives amazing:)

I bought a car from Otto Cedeno and I had the greatest experience. Otto is not your typical car salesman, he is very honest and helpful. If you want to buy a Mazda make sure you ask for him cause he will show you exactly what you need. The rest of the staff is nice too I love my car and Otto spend hours with us to make sure we learn everything about our new car.

As always, friendly staff, very professional and knowledgeable. We were fortunate to have Cyrena as our Service Advisor, same as last time. My son is special needs and Cyrena recognized that, acknowledged and interacted with him, appropriately and with care, I really appreciated that! Service Technician’s walk around video, status report of our CX-5 was a nice touch, made it feel as if you were walking around the car with the mechanic, old school service with a technologically modern twist, nice touch Mazda.
