We hired them for our new construction home and they are one of the best subcontractors we have worked with on this two year new build project. They were all respectful of our property showed up on time everyday and their word is their bond. They do what they say they are going to do. They didn't require babysitting and the work was amazing. Thoughtful and professional. Polite and respectful. Words can't explain how much we appreciated working with them after almost two years in construction. These qualities are very rare in the construction industry at least with what we have experienced.they do more than flooring and if I had known that earlier we would have hired them to do more of our work. My name is Jon C. I live in Cameron Park, and I recently hired Capital Construction to completely remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and install a new floor in our hallway. They installed new countertops, new subway styled backsplash, brand new custom cabinets, newly rebuilt showers with amazing tile work, new sinks, new toilets, a few new fixtures, and new flooring. They did a lot of work. The results are amazing. These areas went from a very bland/outdated look, to a very bright/modern look.

The new tile is outstanding and I appreciate the hard work and pride the tile guys put into this work. The countertop installation was expertly fitted and put in place along with a new range. I was very impressed at how they completely rebuilt a closed shelving area in our kitchen. They opened it up to have new cupboards and drawers, and a whole new countertop. It looks better than I imagined it would. They said they could design and build more storage space in this area of the kitchen, and they delivered as promised. That showed me what skilled craftsmen they truly are.

These people work very hard to obtain the results you seek, and have no problem listening to any inputs. Capital Construction put so much value into our home. It is both remarkable and appreciated. Another important point I took special note of is how courteous, respectful and professional the work crew was when they came to the house to do work. They were always polite, hard-working throughout the day, and would clean things up after the work day was over.

As far as the cost…Capital Constructions prices are very fair and competitive. For the remodel costs I paid, I see a huge return on my investment. There were a couple of adjustments needed after job completion, and Capital Construction was responsive to come back to make those adjustments happen. I wish to thank Igor and the rest of the Capital Construction team, and I highly recommend them to anybody else seeking to do a home upgrade.

Every worker who came into our home was very professional and as tidy as could be expected. We had old tile counter tops and backsplash replaced as well as having can lightening added in the kitchen and the old fixtures taken out. The counter tops we replaced with a quartz with I choose as Arizona Tile and by the way Capital did all the counters for them in the show room. They also installed laminate flooring in our great room and office. Just cannot tell you what a beautiful job they did. Thank you for your great workmanship. We are very satisfied customers and will use them for our remodeling of the bathroom later on.

Very good selection of products. Have used their service 4 times over the years. Granite counters for 2 homes and flooring same 2 homes. Always honest, fair, hard working and do an excellent job. Oh and great value.
