Capital One - SoMa reviews
9I have been a customer with Capitol One since the early 2000's. I am struggling financially right now and asked them to lower my payments and interest for six months. Apparently, my hardship doesn't "qaulify", nor does my being a customer with them for so long matter. Trying to do the right thing and continue to make payments. Called Discover, who I also have a card with and have not been a customer with them as long. Not a problem at all! They cut my payments in half and lowered my interest. Capitol One suggested I go to an outside debt consolation company instead of helping their own customer. WOW!
I get four junk letters from this company every week. To unsubscribe you need to physically mail in a letter, which I haven’t gotten around to yet. Because I get so many junk letters form this company, I associate their name with junk, I associate their logo with junk. I would never get an account here because this company is junk.
If this is not a bank where is one that is? Because God damned customer service connects you to India. The lady was tending to a screaming baby when I called about my credit card. Seriously!
Great deals on Pete's product with your card, great space, but very noisy. Too noisy for banking
Art deco and sheik CapitalOne reputation continues to shine through, for a financial institution that is nimber one
Very nice office. Free snacks and drinks! Ping pong table on the 7th floor. Video conference rooms and whiteboard writeable walls.
This office has a great venue for events in the upper level. Great hosts when I have attended tech events.
Capital One has a really nice office, and is in the same building as as Starbucks, which is a huge plus. The biggest problem with this office is that parking and driving to it via the one-way streets can take an extra half hour each way.
