I was searching for this exact make, model and trim for months. The previous three times I found it, I was told the car was sold right when I arrived at my test drive appointment and was so disappointed every time.

When I found this car at Capitol Honda, I called to confirm it was still there before arriving at my scheduled test drive but unfortunately found out that it was still getting all its testing and wasn’t available that day.

Jon from the sales team saw how disappointed I was and listened to my past experiences. He and the sales manager Robbie went out of their way to make it right. They promised me an amazing price and kept in contact to ensure that it wasn’t going to be sold on me.

When it was ready, they came through on all their promises and more. The whole process was fun, helpful and smooth. I’ve had the same Honda for over 16 years and they made me feel proud to be buying another Honda.

Thank you for giving me my dream car!

Wonderful Experience! Thank you to Carlos for being super patience and understanding with my concerns! You were right you weren’t going to let me leave without a car especially because I needed one for me and my little one. (Sorry i was a little complicated) lol.also, the finance guy (forgot his name sorry.)
was very helpful! I highly recommend to anyone buying a new car. Thank you Honda! For my new 2021 car.

My engine light came on so I took it into Capitol Honda to have it checked out plus an oil change. Jake Haslemann was my service advisor. He kept me advised of the progress of my repair and explained everything clearly to me. The problem was fixed so was happy about that. Thanks!

Got my first oil change scheduled for my new car I got a few months back and the process was very easy and quick. I do recommend going in early as it gets busy quickly but overall the wait time wasn’t bad and we got a free car wash! Love Capitol Honda so much! I can always count on them for all of my car needs!

We signed the contract with financing from Honda at 3.9%. They informed me the next day when I called about picking up the truck that they could not honor that rate on the signed contract and it would be over 4 %.
Our credit rating is 864.
Not sure what this problem was.
They never even called me to discuss the issue.
They signed the contract at that rate and then wouldn’t honor it. That’s not right.
I didn’t want to buy a vehicle from them but my husband did.

I went in for maintenance on my 17 Civic and worked with Allan Garcia. He was great. Gave me good value and had my car done in a very timely manner as promised. Go see him if you need any work done.

They are very prompt in service I have been visiting them from last 3 years for regular servicing, they increased their prices it overall good experience with them till now.

Maintenance adviser suggested 2 extra service which is not required by 20k miles, declined the suggestion and didn't get the recall repair due to the car was purchased in other dealer, I guessed, manufacturer shall have guidelines for the dealer.

The staff is so nice! Speaking simple, doing a lot! My car changed oil, did rotation and repair something had been recall. I recommend this place to do everything about your Honda!

I had a great experience at capitol. We had a faulty battery and had it replaced by honda. Wes was our guy and he was very helpful.

Had my first service done there. Simple oil change, software recall patch and multi point inspection. Friendly staff and service took 4 hrs. The first service was free because i bought the car there. If you want to buy, ask for Simon Tomberlin. He was to the point and gave me the best price in the bay area

Surprisingly, Capitol Honda was open on a Sunday. I made an appointment to get my car checked for a recall. Jeremy helped me out with the process and made it super easy. I left my car there and picked it up at the time that they promised that it would be available. Highly recommend this Honda location and Jeremy to provide assistance!

It is hard to find parking, but that is because the location is busy, and rightly so. I lost my only car key and Ms. MAM helped me purchase and program a new set. She caught the notice of an airbag recall and offered to service my vehicle same day. Thank you CAPITOL HONDA.
