No public parking. Literally says private property. $80 fine if you park here. Smells like urine too.

I pay $155 to park in this garage as a resident of Capitol Towers for my car to get broken into. What a freaking joke. Some scumbag hit my car and a bunch of other cars in the garage. Where is the “on site” security or cameras? What is the city going to do about this?

Place is leaking worse than the titanic, mold on the ceiling of my apartment. Management and staff should be ashamed of themselves.
