Overall, it was exactly what was expected for the price. The room wasn't dirty but it was no frills and had hairs from an unidentified person in the towel and on the sheets. The walls are pretty thin so bring earplugs or white noise. The location was very convenient to Disneyland, stores and restaurants.

I was here for visit a long time friend who stayed here for a few days and had to stay with a friend for a night. Honestly this is such fordable place for the price of the room, just did not like the fact that they charged a visitors self parking $17.50/night even if you stayed a few hrs bcs the office doesn’t have control over the tow track co they have doing business with. Generally, it’s great hotel for the area, right by Disneyland.

Loved it! Would definitely recommend. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable with mid firm mattress. If you like soft mattress you’ll probably have a hard time. The location is great. The bathroom is beautiful. The breakfast is great. Freshly made every morning. The place is clean all throughout.

Stayed here for a little over a week- we’d 100% book again! The rooms are clean and cozy, the breakfast was good, the staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the location is so convenient. It is located within walking distance of convenience stores, fast food/ restaurant spots, and has a stop for the Anaheim tram right in front of the property which takes you to Disneyland. Heads up, you do have to purchase daily passes and the bus doesn’t swing by every 30 minutes on the dot, so plan accordingly.

They have a 24-hour coffee/ tea station which was a nice touch, especially on those late nights back from Disney.

Our only true bone to pick was the pillows- they could be a lot more comfy. But the way we see it, if that’s the only big drawback knowing this is a 2-star, wallet-friendly hotel then it is already doing laps around others within its class! Way to go Capri Suites. (:

I just tried to book a room and what they advertised was false. It says you can see the fireworks but when I talked to the receptionist she just said " you can't see the fireworks " you have to take a shuttle and "maybe" see the fireworks inside Disneyland park. The only reason I booked was to see the fireworks.

This is a nonsmoker place in all rooms, every room I think has a little lobby (this is part of the room) with door before you enter in the like master room. Nice clean place I highly recommend it.

A hotel near Disney parking, very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Access to restaurants.

Discrimination is at Anaheim’s highest here! Anyone with a service animal be prepared to have your HIPPA rights violated here!

We stayed here for a marching band trip and I gotta say, it was an AMAZING time! I mean, being fair, most of the fun came from being with my crazy friends and doing fun stuff, like going to the beach or to Disneyland, both of which were fairly close by. However, whenever we came back to the hotel we found our rooms clean even after we’d tracked sand everywhere, and the atmosphere was very nice and very quiet so it wasn’t hard to catch some Zs.

The staff was very nice, and good breakfast was served in the mornings which is a huge plus. Last year for marching band we stayed in a different hotel near St. George, which had a bit of extra protein crawling around in the cereal. Needless to say, this was a HUGE upgrade!

As if the good service and quiet atmosphere weren’t enough, my group stayed in a room entirely themed after Star Wars! We were all confused at first, as teenagers would be, but it was FREAKING AWESOME! The walls had Star Wars themed decor, and assuming that wasn’t fancy enough, there were lightsabers hung above the bed frames that you could turn on! Perfect room for any Star Wars nerd, or even any person like me who just really enjoys Star Wars!

Great location as the bus stops right in front of the hotel to carry you off to Disneyland. However, be careful about how you purchase the pass. We had to pay twice due to paying a third party. The desk clerk was very helpful in getting us straightened out. It is 16.00 for 3 days (unless you goof up and pay twice and it is all sales final.) The bus comes around about every 30 min.or so.
There were no luggage racks in the room and the beds were extremely hard. I will be looking at other hotels if I go back for this reason.
The staff were so kind so it is unfortunate. The breakfast was served to you by staff with gloves on and I appreciated that. It was pretty good all in all. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links, hash brown patties, coffee, and juice. There were other options like toast and cereal and fruit.

I recommend this hotel. We were very comfortable. We had the Star Wars theme room. The room was very spacious and clean. All the staff were kind, friendly, helpful, and always had smiles. They made us feel welcomed.
Hot breakfast was delicious. That was an added plus. I didn't know we were getting. We have found our forever hotel when in town. A added plus was the taco truck across the street was the best!

Rooms for the price are not worth it, with what we spent could have been at a much nicer room. They were very nice and we had no issues during our stay. Breakfast was okay but free so what can you say. Always hot coffee and they're so welcoming it was nice to be there.

Very modern, updated room (ours was a suite with a living room that had a couch/tv/desk). Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable king size bed. Beautiful shower area with rain shower head. Central to lots of restaurants but also very quiet and safe. Great FREE breakfast with waffles, sausages, eggs, cereal. A mile from Disney and accessible by the ARC tourist bus but we just walked <10 mins to the Toy Story lot where we caught the free shuttle (and went through Disney's bag check early so we could skip it at the main gate). I honestly don't know how they do it at this budget price point!

Room was nice. Clean. But door didn't securely latch and it wasn't fixed. Customer service was rude. They don't take cash (I was told they did originally) their policies are not up to date and staff isn't on the same page as management.

Stay away from this hotel if you can because nothing is worth having a housekeeping manager get involved in an argument not hers only to curse you out as a customer with the words f you get out repeatedly treating you like trash after spending up to $7,000 on the hotel stay. Very low class avoid at all costs
