I've been living here for half a year now.

Compared to the neighboring communities of The Heights, Avalon, etc, I found Capriana to have the best combination of characteristics such as a modern building, an open floor plan, amenities like a pool and 24/7 gym, and low resident density (plenty, plenty, plenty of parking).

I find management to be friendly, professional, and responsive. Emails are responded to within a few hours, requests are met as much as possible.

Maintenance team goes above and beyond. When I moved in, my dumb butt forgot to bring my door key. I called maintenance at 7 am - they sent a guy over in 10 minutes to open my door and lend me a key.

My only complaint is that the central "AC" is an evaporative cooler, which is not really an AC and barely made a dent during the recent heat wave. But there's nothing management can do about that.

Gym has proper AC though. So does the lounge. Nice and cold in there.

I've had a great experience living at Capriana. You can tell the staff really works hard to meet your needs and keep a positive attitude when it comes to customer service.

I have not experienced any major problems other than a few things that needed to be fixed, but the maintenance team fixed everything with no problem and were very easy to contact. (Shoutout to Carlos). I also have not had any problem with pests other than some ants from the hot weather, but they were easy to get rid of before having any major issue.

As for the office staff, thank you both Elena and Ed for doing your best to help me with all of my questions and concerns, while also being busy with taking care of other tenants.not once did I feel ignored and I always received a response from them.

Unfortunately, I had to end my stay here, but if I could stay longer I definitely would. They also have food trucks that come every now and then and a carwash guy. Oh and the amenities are always clean. Other than that. Thank you!

Living in what was once advertised as a luxury apartment complex, our experience has been far from the premium living we expected, especially considering the premium prices we pay. Ever since management switched from Greystar to Sares Regis Group, the decline in living standards has been evident. Our building, which should have been a flagship example of luxury living, has been marred by numerous issues that have left us feeling unsatisfied and disillusioned.

Deteriorating Amenities:
The luxury appeal we were promised seems to have evaporated under the new management. Previously pristine amenities such as the gym, pool, and common areas have experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness and maintenance. The once well-kept spaces now appear neglected and in need of attention.

Inadequate Pest Control:
For a luxury apartment complex, it is unacceptable to face persistent pest problems. However, the current management's inability to address the insect infestations effectively has left us frustrated. Luxury living should encompass a pest-free environment, but that is far from the reality we experience here.

Indifferent Management:
One of the hallmarks of luxury living is exceptional customer service and attentiveness to tenant needs. Unfortunately, the current management seems indifferent to the concerns and complaints of the residents. This lack of personalized attention is a far cry from what we expected when we signed our lease.

Unresolved Tenant Issues:
A luxury apartment complex should ensure a harmonious living experience for all residents. However, the management's failure to address the issues caused by a disruptive tenant has disrupted the peace and comfort of the entire community. This lack of action reflects poorly on the management's commitment to maintaining a high standard of living for all residents.

Questionable Value for Money:
Paying premium prices for what used to be a luxury experience, we find it difficult to justify the current state of the apartment complex. The decline in living standards, coupled with the lack of responsiveness from management, raises serious questions about the value we receive for the high rents we pay.

In conclusion, our once-promising luxury apartment complex has fallen short of expectations under Sares Regis Group's management. From inadequate maintenance to pest issues and unresponsive management, we have experienced a steady decline in living standards. For the premium prices we pay, we expect a far better and more luxurious living experience. As residents, we hope that the management takes our concerns seriously and makes significant improvements to restore the luxury appeal that initially attracted us to this community. Until then, it is difficult to recommend this apartment complex to others seeking a true luxury living experience.

I moved in recently and am really enjoying this community! Elena gave a wonderful tour and helped me find an apartment that exactly fit my needs. She was super informative and made the whole leasing process easy. I had 2 service requests after we moved In and Maitiance fixed them quickly and was very nice on the phone.
So far I am super happy with living here:)
