I wish i had gone in person to accurately review this place but i'm so enraged by my order that this review would help other's refrain from buying from fast-food chains once again. I didn't expect much considering that I doordashed the order and is from a fastfood chain but i thought what my significant other had to say about it was worth a try. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a grilled italian with grilled mushrooms added. When I opened the bag, there was no chocolate chip cookie nor a properly made sandwich. Almost embarassing when you look at the picture. The tomato was lazily placed on the side of the sandwhich rather than inside, the meat was just scraps of ham, and i had a giant piece of brown lettuce (which i hope i dont end up in the hospital from food poisoning). You know, it's one thing to miss something on an order and maybe they were busy, i get it because ive worked multiple jobs at sandwhich shops and deli's in highschool. However, the order i received is embarassing and shows that the people making this do not care. Now i know to refrain from this place again.

Great food! Had the grilled Italian, yum it was soooo good! The bread was fresh and very soft. We will be back!

New damn owner, read and listen, do NOT stop selling fries and your rolls. Sandwiches are best around, the fries are also.

Some of the best sandwiches you will ever eat are made fresh here. The thin cut fries are so good.

Go for any sandwich. You can't go wrong. But leave with the fries! A cross between traditional fries and homemade chips! Best fries ever, ever!

Best sandwich shop from service to employees being friendly and there sandwiches are simply amazing

The menu and photos make the food look very appealing. The appeal is all in those photos, tbh. While the sandwich is edible, the truth is, for all the bluster, it's still pretty much an average sub.

I got the wagyu cheesesteak and it is honestly no different in taste or quality than a Subway cheesesteak. (And doesn't come within 1000 miles of a Cousin's cheesesteak sub.)

This is the closest you will get to Chicago style Italian Beef - the Wagu beef Cheese steak is a HIT

The owner of this establishment should be aware of who they hire. Rude kid saying something like “If you want names on the sandwiches, they better leave a tip, ” or someone that takes a phone order and forgets to put in an item, to a “manager” who’s says “if you don’t wanna come here, fine w me. ” Twice I’ve tried and twice they’ve failed. Very tough to run a business and hire competent workers who care about work.

Bread was chewy and tasted old. Sandwich wasn’t anything special. Expected a nice Italian sandwich spot from the name. I knew it wasn’t what I was looking for when I walked in. Similar to Jersey Mike’s without as many options. Asked for mustard on my sandwich and they put it on the very top of a sub style sandwich so when I opened it up and went to eat it got mustard all over my hands and face trying to eat it. Why wouldn’t you put that on the bread. It’s ok. Won’t be back though

I had an Impossible Cheesesteak that was heaven. I have always been a fan of cheesesteaks especially when I was pregnant. I stopped eating red meat a few years ago and the one thing I missed the most was a delicious cheesesteak. The "veggie" options with mushrooms and peppers just don't cut it. The Impossible Cheesesteak at Capriotti's was indistinguishable from the real thing in my opinion. It totally made my day, and the chocolate chip cookie was great too. I would love for them to open another location in Sacramento.

First time trying this shop. Had their "Award winning Hot Bobby" sandwich. Definately not award winning, very dry, no flavor with turkey and stuffing. Cranberry sauce was good. Needed a gallon of water with the sandwhich. Other shops nearby with a better product.

This is my favorite place to get a sandwich, my favorite is the Cappastrami. Their hot pastrami sandwich is the best. And I love that they remember my regular order. All of their staff is always so friendly and make me feel so welcomed.

We visited for the first time today, and the food is great! The sandwiches are delicious, the thin cut fries were recommended, and they were unique and crunchy. The service was fantastic. We will be back for sure. Thank you!

I can't tell you how disappointed I am of this place. My brother hyped me up and I thought I'd give it a try. Got there I was the only person there. Told the cashier that was my first time there and she was super nice. Ordered two sandwiches. Got the two sandwiches went home and the two sandwiches are nothing that I ordered. Some weird roast beef cheese lettuce and tomato and some turkey sandwich when I ordered a cheese steak and a bobbie. I said whatever. I ate the two sandwiches one for lunch and one for dinner and I feel like s***. They were cold dry no taste whatsoever just chewy and texture. Will not be coming back here again.

Been here a few times now and the sandwiches range from good to very good but they're always filling. A medium (10") is pretty big. Clean inside and staff has been very nice.
