Great customer service. They put your mind at ease from the wait to the end. They send tactful and timely reminders for the appointments that keeps me on track. Dr. Jokmels is gentle and effective. I highly recommend her and her practice.

Tara Is very friendly at the front desk. The office is run professionally and Dr. Jokmels does the dental cleaning so she knows your teeth. The office is modern with updated equipment and the doctor takes care to make sure you are comfortable while you are in the chair receiving care.

She is the best dentist I've ever had in my life! She is gentle and takes her time. She knows how to calm an anxious person down with her tone and demeanor. I've been coming to her for almost a decade. She deserves more than 5 stars!

This was our 1st visit. As we walked in through the doors we were received with a friendly smile and warm welcome. The receptionist was very helpful.
The dentist was very caring. The staff and Dentist are very friendly and make you feel like you matter. They also don't force services on you that you don't need.

I don't have a good history of dental visits. After mistakenly telling my girlfriend that I had not been in years, I was "persuaded" to find a dentist and make an appointment.
Capstone Dental is walking distance from my home and they accept my insurance. After speaking with Tara and explaining my work schedule she was able to get me in on a Saturday. To insure my presence at the appointment my girlfriend picked me up and went with me. Upon arrival I was greeted by name and taken back to x-ray right away. I was then assured that they were aware of my apprehension and concerns. Technology has changed since my last dental visit. All of the staff were very friendly, compassionate and helpful making the visit and procedure extremely comfortable and painless so much so that I'm looking forward to returning for the follow up. I highly recommend this dental office!

I do recommend 100% this dentist office. My first time here and Dr. Jokmels is very professional and excellent by treating her patients. She explained to me in every detail and process treatment. It's my first time without anesthesia, and I feel no pain or discomfort during the procedure of regular cleaning. The place is nice and super clean, and the receptionist is very friendly and attentive. I felt super welcome, and I highly recommend this place for your family's dentist needs.

It’s not often that I can give a 5 star review without any hesitancy. From the friendliness of Tara at the front desk to Dr. Jokmels they have been serving our entire family with excellence and care. Even the young ones do t complain about going to the dentist.

Well as most of you will realize I do work here but I also am a patient. This being said I have been in many dental chairs throughout my career and have had extensive dental work from braces, crowns, and implants. Her hand and touch is so incredibly gentle and for someone who works in dentistry and holds your hand I will admit… I’m white knuckled in the chair. She has a way of calming and getting you through the experience and it’s always Peaceful and painless. I recommend and always promote my Doctor! She is amazing. Thanks Doc!

The best dentist ever she doesn't judge she's caring for real and she has compassion for people also if youraftaid to go to the dentist as he's who you want to treat you she won't hurt you of course thier are circumstances where it hurts because of infection or other issues that are out of her controll bit she know how to give a shot so it won't hurt lol also I have a service dog who she welcomed no problem on top of all.that when I first went to her the dentist I had prior to her destroyed my mouth

Today 1/13/22 was my first time going to see the dentist. Well with Capstone. The staff greeted me and treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Tara at the front desk is very helpful and nice. The place is so nice and clean with modernized equipments. I had x-rays taken of my entire mouth that didn't take long at all. I had my teeth cleaned and I like how they were gentle and very Thorough while cleaning my teeth. The patience they had. The seats were very comfortable. I like how they were all geared up to protect not only themselves, but also me. Afterwards they explained the future plans and the options they have made out for me that would work for what my problems that I was having. Overall it was a very good first experience unlike my last dentist that I had elsewhere. I am glad I found Capstone dental. The great thing is they accept medi-cal. I feel confident that I have made the right choice in choosing Capstone as my new place for dental care and for my future dentist. It's nice to see and read about all the positive reviews this place is getting too. It's like night and day from my last dental place. I would highly recommend this to all my family and friends.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable right away. The office was very nice and clean. The doctor was knowledgeable and came up with a plan immediately. Big plus, they take medi-cal insurance!

I went to Dr 10 year's ago I had no top teeth she made.me a denture it wasn't. EAsy she is nice she has a heart she is great Don't sell yourself short by going to a western dental get the. Personalized service T capstone

Dr. Jokmels is AMAZING! She is incredibly kind, patient & understanding. She has always taken the time to listen to MY concerns as well as fully explain any she may have, and best of all (in my opinion) she never overbooks which allows her the individual, one-on-one time with each patient, and the following day, after a procedure she herself calls to see how you're doing & to make sure you're comfortable/ok. And I couldn't forget about Tara. She jumps through hoops to help you with just about anything. If you have a question about insurance or payments or scheduling, or almost anything else dentistry related, Tara! If she doesn't already know the answer off the top of her head, she'll look into it & get you that answer.
Long review, but I wouldn't go anywhere else!
