Car Expo Auto Center reviews
15Swift and painless. It's my 4th vehicle bought from Car Expo. They have always done me good.
I called and talked to ROBERT HE LOCKED ME IN FOR A CAR AND TO COME TEST DRIVE BUT WHEN I CALLED BACK HE WAS OUT THE GUY ON THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE AND SAID THEY ALREADY SOLD THE CAR AND THAT WAS IT
The salesman was professional, pleasant, and not pushy at all. A great selection of cars on the lot.
I went into the dealership looking to buy my first car, and Maizar walked right up to me and helped me get through the process in under an hour! Super helpful and great customer service!
Horrible experience, sales associates and manager change the numbers after a deal has been made and once approved they change all the terms and if you don’t agree with the terms you’re down payment is kept. Do yourself a favor and go to any other dealership on this street.
Do not trust them! I originally gave a five star rating. After I bought my truck I had to put 2000$ into the engine. I forgave them and asked if I could trade it in for a car I would pay for. They never called me back and said you buy cars as is.they are dishonest.
I had a great experience buying a truck at Car Expo Auto Center. Matt was communicative every step of the way, and the purchase couldn't have gone smoother. This is a real no-nonsense dealership with no hidden fees. Highly recommended!
I didn't go here. I actually visited Cook's Auto Repair which is located on the side of Car Expo Auto Center. The employees are very helpful, & friendly.
I just purchased a 2014 Escalade, out of state. I like the vehicle, it's actually in very good condition,
The salesman were very friendly, and no pressure. The only reason I'm leaving a 3 star is that the vehicle came empty with almost no gas, I barely made it to a gas station.
And there was a large hole on the floor in the carpet in the back seat.
Which no one mention.
Matt was amazing! He has great customer service and was very helpful. I had been to at least five other dealerships and I was getting frustrated. Matt showed me cars in the price range I asked about and I ended up purchasing a car. Cat Expo was a great experience.
Stay clear of this place. I bought a car here and a month after I bought it the transmission went out. Because I didn’t purchase the warranty, they would do nothing about it. This is a shady place!
Extremely aggressive salesman and false description of car.
When I arrived at my appointment to see the vehicle I had inquired about I noticed immediately that it was full of deep scratches, moldings were all damage tires were all mismatched and bald.
Stay away! Avoid at all cost!
Super scammy dealership. Everyone please be aware before buying a car here, a lot of negative reviews on here including mine, has problems with their cars having faulty problems. They don’t care to even test drive their own cars or properly fix it.
I bought a 2013 370Z from them and it had a coolant problem on the first day I bought it. Drove it home and it started dying on me. They offered to come tow it to bring it back to fix it, I really wanted a Z so I believed in them and let them fix it for me. They called me a few days later to go get my car and that it’s all good, but as soon as I took it home, it had the same problem again.
Even worse I had to get a whole new transmission replacement, thankfully it was covered under warranty, but the warranty didn’t work until 31 days later. It’s already too late to go return the car because they could only do it if it’s a day that’s passed. My car also died on the highway due to a fuel pump issue and the fuel sensor wasn’t working either. It could’ve resulted to some serious accidents.
There was so many problems and mechanical issues with the car, it’s a bad thing to sell a car like this. I called them many times about all these issues but they wouldn’t do a thing about it and just told me to wait 31 days. They recommended me RGK or RBK tech whatever it is that’s associated with them, that company is also so sketchy and bad. They don’t care about your car problems and it’s like they don’t even want to work there. They turned me away twice and the third time, they told me to go somewhere else for my transmission issue. I couldn’t properly drive my car for a whole 3 months because of so many issues with the car and their stupid “wait 31 days warranty” Car expo is trash and so is their recommended mechanic! If I could sue them I would.
Matt and Staff were very Friendly, Helpful and Accommodating!
Great Place, People and Service!
Will Definitely refer others to Matt and this business.
