4Love, love hiking and mountain biking from here! It's rarely crowded and you get the fresh breezefrom the ocean most of the time.
Ample parking with access to the beach and hiking trails. There are 40 parking spaces and there's a fee. The lot opens at 8 am. It fills up early on weekends and holidays with good weather. There are bathroom and beach shower (unheated)
Good location close to most attractions. Cleanroom and generous breakfast offering. I will be coming back and stay here again together with my family. Thank you so much!
I loved the pool area. Simple, but covers the basics. The pool water was always clean and felt like the perfect temperature! There were clean towels available outside and a few chairs to sunbathe in. There is also a small dining area to eat outside. Also, keep in mind that the shaded areas by the pool are limited. The only setback we found was that we had to go inside to the dining area (not far from the pool), to order any food or drinks. This was NOT incredibly inconvenient for us, but maybe for someone else who doesn’t want to get in and out of the pool. We were in a large group, so there was always someone dry to go inside and order for us.
