18Thank you so much to Raymond and his team at Kia Glendale service center. You guys brought my car back to life. Covered every issue I assumed was wrong and everything was checked. All my car issues were resolved in a short amount of time. Now my baby runs so smooth. Head down to Kia Glendale for any car problems and Raymond and his team will make sure it is taken care of!
When in the sales office there was no closed offices i felt uncomfortable and didn't want to be there. I left very angry and anxious.
Buying the car was great but stay away from the services here. They get you to purchase the lifetime oil change at their location. But waiting 3 plus hours for an oil change is unnecessary. Specially when you make sure to be one of the first cars to arrive. Any other oil place has you in and out in less than 20 min, 40 min on a busy time. But we paid for it so now we have to deal with it. Huge regret!
Stay AWAY From the Service Department!
These guys lie (on your) face when it comes to repairs and maintenance. I have gone to this dealer a few times to get my free complementary oil change and every single time I go there the guy that's assigned to me always comes back telling me a bunch of lies saying that I need to get that absurd and expensive maintenance package. I don't need it because I have already done it by myself. Also that the breaks are "not good" and they recommend to get them replaced. They tell you that the "technician" said the cabin filter needs to be replaced when In fact I replaced it myself. They tell you that everything has to be replaced even when they don't even check themselves. These guys are a bunch of crooks and the worst part is that they are NOT embarrassed to lie to you on your face. It is unbelievable.
Nana was super helpful and just overall amazing! She was very informative and understanding absolutely happy we were able to work with her on getting our Seltos. Can't thank her enough!
Nana, Matt, and Jack were a dream team combo to work with. Each step of the process seemed very natural and when talking to each face to face, it was easy to have open communication with them.

This review is just on the service that we received on an appraisal appointment. We were contacted about selling the car back to this dealership where it was bought brand new in 2019. We arrived here at the appointment on time and waited about an hour. Everyone seemed so busy, but they were the ones who contacted us about buying the car back. They seemed not be interested. Kept asking the staff on an update. 2-3 different salesmen came out looked at the car, took pictures, and the mileage. Mind you this car is in great condition and low mileage. They were just playing games with us. So a manager with shoulder length blonde/white hair came out and seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered pretty much just offering peanuts for the car. He just wanted to pay off the car loan and about $4-5k in our pocket which was absolutely ridiculous. He kept asking for us to throw a number out there but I know he was trying to see if we would commit to something low but no. He even asked us to think about it and leave the car and they’d transport us home. Mind you this is a 2020 Kia Telluride with 14,500 mileage that was financed through them in 2019 it was brand new. No problems no accidents clean. Knowing that they are in need of cars that’s all they wanted to offer. So we did not sell to him. They even offered to throw in an extra $1000 to make it 5k in pocket but wasn’t worth it.
Moral of the story do your research which multiple car buying services. Because dealerships are a rip off and don’t want to pay! Get your Kelley blue book value first and present that to the dealership or anyone else you may think of selling you car too the cash offer is much higher than what the dealership is trying to offer. This dealership would have bought it from us and sold it extremely expensive to the next buyer!

The car buying itself was mediocre, nothing special. But how I was treated after, let’s just say loyalty, consideration, or any kind of understanding severely lacking here. They lost my driver’s license on the night of my purchase which I let go since accidents happen and I was assured they would do their best to help me find it. Ie check their cameras and continue looking. Fast forward to days, I get no update whatsoever and just empty excuses. So I go back the Friday, (purchased the car Tuesday) to get reimbursed for my id and time, which I think is fair. There was no general manger there that night that could help me. And during this entire interaction, I am treated with rudeness, a condescending attitude, a general apathy for their mistake, and empty excuses. This is how you treat your paying customers? Wow! Please avoid this place. Not worth your business or time. Also, what general manager doesn’t have a phone number for contact or a business card? Really?
Not very organized and crowded. I've been waiting 15 minutes on a long line on the street to ge in. I dropped the car on my appointment for a recall. After one hour they call me to take my car back as they didn't have the part. I wasted about 3 hours total.what a mess. Also when I called for the appointment they said that they offer shuttle service.don't rely on it, it won't happen. Initially they said that they will check hybrid batteries also for free as I get a malfunction message sometimes but when I got there they asked for money. You don't want to be their costumer. Tottaly opposed with the great experience I had at Honda dealer, incuding free Uber rides after you drop car or to get ot back.
*** CHANGE MY REVIEW TO ONE STAR after not getting a response from manager. I was asked to contact the manager about the problem, wrote an email but guess what.they never responded back! Why he even asked, to waste my time again?
Update 2: still waiting for the response from manager (Mr. Mahomed) after he asked below to contact him.more than a month ago.but I guess he is very busy person
I had a bad experience here because of very rude costumer service. I came by to canvas a car, like how much it is, if I was able to pay for it etc. The salesman explained me everything that I need to know and wrote the payment details in the blank paper, but I’m not decided yet. So, he walked out and call his supervisor without him and the supervisor has the paper that the salesman wrote his payment explanations, and the paper is suddenly CRUMBLED! And they pressuring me to buy the right away. And I said that I still not decided yet, and I’m so sorry if I wasted their time. Then the lady answered me; “No, we’re sorry for you! ”

I bought my first car from here and I had went to 5 different dealerships prior to coming to Car Pros. Those other dealers where dishonest and unethical and/or robotic and cold. Car Pros Kia Glendale is the best, honest, transparent, kind humans, very friendly and down to earth. I felt so comfortable and grateful, Nana is the best! Everyone is professional and you can tell they enjoy helping people! I highly recommend and I will be back to get dream car, one day
English: On October 26,2021 I made a call to CarPros Kia Glendale to make an appointment for October 27,2021 and I made an appointment one day in advance and they told me that they could not attend us, the reason they gave me was because the The man with whom I had the appointment was not there and I think that for the reason that they had been there they had enough time to be able to notify me; And why I made the appointment is because I am far away and when we arrived it turned out that they had canceled the appointment without notifying me and they were not friendly and without any explanation they told me that they had no one at that time who could attend us and days later they called me to say I knew that they could already attend us and I think that at least a simple call that they would have made me before going would have been better and more professional and I don't think they deserve even half a star.and nor the recommendation to my friends or family. They are unpunctual and unprofessional.
Español: El 26 de octubre de 2021 hice una llamada a CarPros Kia Glendale para concertar una cita para el 27 de octubre de 2021 y concerté una cita con un día de anticipación y me dijeron que no podían atendernos, el motivo que me dieron fue porque el El hombre con el que tenía la cita no estaba allí y creo que por el motivo de que estuvieron allí tuvieron tiempo suficiente para poder avisarme; Y la razón por la que hice la cita es porque estoy lejos y cuando llegamos resultó que habían cancelado la cita sin avisarme y no fueron amistosos y sin ninguna explicación me dijeron que en ese momento no tenían a nadie que pudiera atendernos y días después me llamaron para decir que sabía que ya podían atendernos y creo que al menos una simple llamada que me hubieran hecho antes de ir hubiera sido mejor y más profesional y no creo que se lo merezcan.incluso media estrella.y ni la recomendación a mis amigos o familiares. Son impuntuales y poco profesionales.
If I could give negative stars I would. Service is awful. Over 2 1/2 hours for a 10 minute oil change. Advisers have an attitude. They knew I had to wait.
Routine oil change; solid service, kind staff, and affordable price. It was actually cheaper than the original quote. Will continue to go here to get my Kia serviced.

I showed up, was helped quickly and politely. Service manager told me the car would be ready in two hours. 2 hours later - BOOM a text on my phone - my car is ready. I showed up, was directed to a super friendly and efficient cashier, and five minutes later was out the door in my serviced (and courtesy vacuumed!) car. I could not be happier with this place and the excellent level of service.
