Delicious! I just found out of this place because it's the closest restaurant to the courthouse and we r on recess! The food is VERY VERY YUMMY.

The fish was perfectly seasoned and it was well cooked. Perfectly crunchy. The potato salad had fresh dill, it was very yummy. I also loved the cole slaw. This is not a fast food spot and I don’t mind waiting for quality food.
Definitely recommend.

The food was delicious, the beans and fries plantains was also delicious first time being here but it won't be the last time. Although I am not from Sylmar, when ever come back I will be back!

Wow! Ordered the 6 pcs beef ribs plate. Great value for about $21! The ribs were huge and very tasty! Comes with your choice of 2 sides and flour or corn tortilla. The coleslaw and potato salad is highly recommended. Easy free parking at the back of the building.

My godson loooved his burger! Usually doesn't finish his food but he ate his entire meal here. I loved that they have outdoor sitting with the grill right next to you. Gives it a home feel

Food is good but service is horrific. I placed a to-go order, showed up 30 minutes later, and they hadn’t even bothered to start making the order despite the fact that the restaurant was EMPTY and there were no other to-go orders pending. Stood around for another 25 minutes while they slowly made the order one item at a time, bringing the total time for them to prepare 1 order to about an hour.

We had sandwiches, Philly cheesesteak, and chicken sausage. They were excellent, and we will be back for some of their bbq!

Came here for the first time with my sisters, food was amazing, everyone is so friendly, sorry to the cashier that had to deal with that rude customer for a refund after they finished their food.people need to learn to treat other better.keep up the great work CARBON!

First time coming Here and the food was absolutely amazing! Ribs and chicken were cooked to perfection! And not to mention the, the costumers service was great! Attentive waitress and friendly cooks! If you're not sure about what to get, they have the best recommendations. I will definitely come here more often!

Place is good way better than pollo loco and for the same price you get a bit less but I think it’s still worth it.

Love coming here for lunch, food very fresh and delicious employees super friendly and welcoming. We did witness a customer come in that was super rude wanting a refund after eating their whole meal. Sorry to staff that they dealt with entitled ppl.hope to never see them again.

Exceptional food and service. Parking available in the rear of the business. Ordered the whole chicken plate with rice and beans and a whole rack of Baby back ribs with fries. They cook to order. Please give them time and order early. Worth the wait and a detour!

This place has become our guilty pleasure on Saturdays. We have gotten the ribs, chicken, burgers-all finger licking good. The seasoning used on the meat is very flavourful. The sides we frequent are rice, black beans, fries, or grilled veggies. We are so happy this place opened up in the neighborhood.
