My friend and I visited this place due to the misleading information posted on the website that said that they could help her with gynecological problems. However, when we got there they informed us that the website is unreliable and does not give out correct information. This was very frustrating and hurtful due to the fact that my friend needed immediate medical attention. I am annoyed an upset with the care that she received because her urgent issues were pushed aside and ignored. The doctor discounted all of her pain and just told her to take advil even though her pain was not being relieved by it. He dismissed all of her pain and would not listen to her when she would describe her symptoms. DO NOT GO HERE!

P. S.the nurse was amazing and really provided good care and understood the frustration we are going though. Thank you!

This was my first visit to Carbon Health Urgent Care on Washington Blvd. Friendly staff and very clean facility. My appt was at 9: 00 a.m. And I was called in at 9: 05 a.m. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Great service from the staff. Isai drew blood like I’ve never had before. Found my vein immediately which is hard to do. Alvarez was great as the provider diagnosing and ruling out anything.

They won't bill your insurance! You can not get anyone to contact you or speak surg you regarding billing. Go elsewhere.
After carbon health response: I have called this number at least 4 times and left messages, also sent numerous emails. No response from the only answer i have gotten is right here!

Efficient professional staff and good facilities. Disappointed they didn't indicate xray facilities were unavailable today when I was making appt. I would have gone to another location to save time.

The staff was friendly and the doctors were thorough in finding out what was causing your illness. Mine was reaction to the combination of the flu shot and new COVID booster. It knocked me down for 2 days bedrest.

Very disappointed with the service here. I called ahead of time to get physical for my daughter. The receptionist gave me instructions to fill out information online and said walk in are accepted. Left work early took my daughter to find she does not take walk in. She tells everything is booked last minute. It seems she did not want to serve as at all may be discriminating us not sure but very disappointed. Grateful for exer for taking us right away so welcoming the minute we worked in.

I am visiting from Canada and needed to seek medical attention while visiting. I had gone to see a doctor at another clinic 4 days before coming to Carbon Clinic, I found the other clinic very unhelpful but Carbon Clinic VERY helpful - especially Tia Marashlian.

I felt the staff here heard my issues, they found me solutions, were very thorough, as well as went above and beyond to help me fill my prescription when I was having issues.

I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic, especially to anyone traveling. I can't even say enough nice things! 10/10

Carbon health is amazing. Easy to schedule and even reschedule appointments. Friendly staff and no waiting last appointment times. Great location on Washington Blvd.close to the Marina

I'm super thankful for the provider, Samantha Cherin, NP. She was so patient and active in wanting to help with my conditions, and listened to all of my (many) questions. Her follow-up care was also very clear and attentive. I've been struggling for over a month, but with her help, I am feeling much, much better!

Pros: Clean!
Being a germaphobe I was extremely impressed with how clean this place was to both sight and smell. It's obvious this facility is thoroughly disinfected on a regular basis. The staff is kind and respectful. I made an appointment so there was practically no wait time. The person I experienced at check-in was very efficient and able to multitask with ease, and it was obvious she knew the software and system well. While she was checking me in a patient was having issues logging into their account on their tablet and she was able to help us both with ease.

Cons: There's not really a waiting room, but more of a tiny "waiting area" with only a few chairs, and it's very obvious that whoever purchased the furniture has no experience in the medical field. The chairs are cute but are not in any way stable enough for a medical facility. If you're weak or injured it's difficult to get a grasp before sitting and when you sit down they "give". They're a woven cloth and hold onto every piece of dirt and germ. And filthy! They need either a good deep cleaning or be replaced with something more sturdy that can be wiped down on a daily basis, especially with all the serious illnesses going around these days. The seating is definitely not meant for urgent care.
Since it is Urgent Care I expected to be seen by a licensed physician. I'm not sure of the credentials of the person who treated me but I would say she's a physician's assistant or maybe still in medical school. She appeared proficient but I don't believe she's licensed.

Bottom line, it's a place I'd feel comfortable making an appointment for a vaccine. In fact it was apparent that was the reason the majority of people were there at the time of my visit. I won't hesitate to go there in the future if my vaccinations need updated, for a minor injury, or need treatment with a referral to a specialist etc, but I wouldn't recommend them for a serious illness or injury.

I had a great experience here. However, the most recent visit they did not charge my insurance and claim that I have Anthem insurance and that they do not take that. They will not answer my emails. After being on hold for days, they told me this was resumed yet I'm still receiving emails about these massive bills I have. It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone and once I did, it still is not resolved.
