Carbon Health Urgent Care Eastvale

Called ahead of time before an appointment was even made because I needed an X-ray done on my shoulder. Was assured over the phone that they would no problem. Arrived PAID my copay and they refused to do the X-ray, and copay couldn’t be refunded since I used a healthcare spending account. Turns out the phone worker isn’t even at the office but works remote in another state. Horrible experience

We are from out of town and my son got sick, the entire Carbon team was so kind, empathetic and efficient. Truly made this experience so much better knowing I was in such great caring hands!

My son is autistic and has a possible UTI the NP Heather Nelch at the Eastvale CA.location denied to help him or even look at my son because he couldn’t pee. My son isn’t potty trained and doesn’t understand. She refused to look at him and denied us to stay in a room to wait to see if he would pee. All this because my son wouldn’t pee so she was okay with my son leaving in pain after i mentioned to them that he was in pain because he was visibly touching his private part and complaining. The NP didn’t even bother to look at my son to see if she can at least prescribe something topical. He was also there for a cough and congestion which wasn’t even treated either. Instead she kicked us out because we weren’t understanding that she wasn’t going to see our son unless he peed.

Really easy to make an appointment, i filled the paperwork out online before arriving. Clean, wait was minimal and the staff and PA i saw were all nice, professional. This was a really easy urgent care experience i would come back here again.

I really like coming here. It’s very convenient. I had a sciatica flare up and was in so much pain. The Doctor quickly gave me a shot and a prescription for my pain.

I love carbon health that I can make an urgent care appointment and don't have to stress about waiting somewhere. I can have all the paperwork and payment method filled out prior to leaving my house. I love the doc follow ups and messaging. Even if I to follow up for something, they are quick to resolve any questions. I enjoy the urgent care so much, I plan to switch my primary care. I got great service from Alexis, Viviana, and Mika at the last minute on a Sat night. Check in was quick and easy and the apt went better than expected.

Having had negative experiences trying to get seen at Kaiser lately, I was thrilled to find Carbon Health (and that they accept Kaiser for urgent care!) I easily made a same day appt, was seen quickly, and was very impressed with the care provided. I highly recommend this location.:) The nurses and doctor are so good with children, and we leave feeling so well taken care of.

Great staff and excellent care from the minute you walk into the door. Very clean place. The practitioner we saw went over everything clearly and helped with all he can to alleviate the pain. Highly recommend.

I like that I can make an appointment and they get you in right away. You don’t have to wait I was in and out in less than a half an hour. The doctor are thorough.

Had an appointment for my daughter for urgent care at Carbon Health this evening. This was our first time trying Carbon Health, and I am so glad we went. I loved how simple it was to make an appointment through their website, at the location of our choice, same day! With many appointment times available. I easily filled out all check-in forms, medical history, insurance info, and payment info online before the appointment. It was quick and the interface was very simple and thorough. The physical location was modern, extremely clean, and peaceful. Which is unlike any urgent care we have ever been to. My daughter was called to see the doctor right at appointment time (again, this is urgent care, during a high sickness season, at the busiest time of the evening) which is usually unheard of. They did full blood work and all pertinent tests on the spot, and her doctor was kind and gave her a pleasant experience. I highly recommend trying out Carbon Health if you haven’t already. The most stress-free experience I’ve ever had when needing a sudden trip to the doctor.

I was seen ON TIME; the Staff is super friendly and professional. The office space was clean and had plenty of tissues, sanitizer and masks. This reminded me of what health care was like pre 2000s where you could make a same day appointment, be seen and prescribed your meds. I HIGHLY recommend Carbon Health.

Josephine, the PA that treated my daughter, was very detailed, took the time to reflect on her medical history to appreciate the "bigger picture" and formulated a plan before we left the clinic. The online appt system was easy to navigate and allowed the user to complete the three or four forms online or once at the clinic, which is nice for those that prefer hardcopies to e-forns. The initial fee to be seen was $50 more than another Urgent Care closer to my home, but the labs and culture costs were less than $20, which was really nice, as I was laying out of pocket. The office was clean, both front and back office staff were personable, and my daughters prescription was ready by the time we got to our pharmacy.

I absolutely love this place. I set an appointment and it was the quickest and easiest thing to do. All of the ladies that work there are amazing, so polite and very helpful. I fully recommend coming here over urgent care. Shoutout to Alexis, Victoria, Jamie’s, Nancy, and Alondra they are truly amazing!

Everyone was very nice there. I love how the doctor we saw there was very animated with my 4 year old. Although she didn't show it in the moment, she did say "that doctor was silly mom, I like him" when we got into the car.

This place was great made appointment. They got me right in saw the doctor I was out probably within 15 minutes from beginning to end the doctor. Listen to everything I needed is was a great experience definitely would recommend and I would definitely go here again.

Love this place! I needed an urgent covid test right before the holidays and I was able to make an appointment on the same day. It was a very quick and smooth experience, and I got exactly what I needed.
