Carbon Health Urgent Care Folsom

Scheduled my appointment this morning. Was the first patient at the facility. Staff was super friendly, and it was an easy process. In and out quickly and felt better even with the staffs bedside manner.

Not for me, but for my wife. Professional staff, They were courteous and attentive. My wife received quality care. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy to make an appointment, nice Dr only complaint would be wait time but it is an urgent care so that goes with the territory

Really bad experience visiting Carbon Health’s Folsom facility. The wait time was insane and on top of that staff (doctor and receptionist) were super rude. There was no humility or flexibility to accommodate, more the rigidity in their attitude. They offered me to refund my copay and go. Very disappointing patient service!

I was extremely pleased with my visit today, especially because I wasn't feeling well and I tend to be difficult and cranky when I'm sick. How ever I wasn't this time and I really believe it was because of the pleasant and attentive nature of both the nurse and the doctor.

When I’m not able to get into my doctor, which is more often than not, I can always rely on Carbon to get me in and address my concerns immediately so I don’t have to wait for treatment.

Excellent care, got X-rays and bandaged up and antibiotics for infected cut. Also got a call back to come back in and get crutches

The staff at the Folsom location was much more friendly and attentive than the previous location I was seen at. Also the waiting room was clean and more inviting and more comfortable. Thank you

Went in with foot pain from a fall, turned out I had broken it. Keith Jackson, PA, was great, good bed side manor and very concerned. I do recommend making an appointment. Will go back

Went in around 2: 30pm on a Sat afternoon and just one person waiting. Got called in quick, PA diagnosed me right away and sent prescription to my Pharmacy. Front desk person was nice and quick too! Would go to this place again.

My experience here was a really good one. The doctors were very kind, and they were very patient and encouraging. Needed this today

It's never pleasant when you have to make a trip to urgent care but my experience was a good one. I was seen right away by the nurse who took my vitals, the PA who evaluated me, the technician who took x-rays & was on my way iness than 1.5 hours!

I made an appt and still had to wait over an hour to see someone. Apparently they only ever have 1 provider working at all times and it’s truly ridiculous.

Our experience at this establishment was outstanding! By far the most courteous staff I’ve seen in years. The facility was very clean and well cared for. These folks obviously care about what they do and the people they serve.

My husband was in pain, so I’m the early am we made an appointment to come here. After showing up and waiting they told us they could not help and that we need to go to the urgent care down the road. They told us they would not be billing us since they did nothing. They ended up billing my insurance for $525.00 for NOTHING! Then threaten to send us to collections! These people committed insurance fraud and we plan to turn them in.

Don’t follow there hrs of operation that they just updated 5 days ago. Cause I couldn’t reach anyone over the phone and drove up there when it says there open. And they were closed.
