Carbon Urgent Care on Grand Ave was the ideal place to deal with an infected wound and receive needed prescription. Clean, efficient, thorough exam, timely-I was very impressed. Parking lot adjacent.

Front desk was really nice. Nurse practitioner who treated me helped me a lot. This will be my new urgent care spot for sure. Thankful to have places like this near me.

I had really bad neck pain that felt like a pinched nerve. Pain kept increasing, my skin started getting really sensitive to the touch, developed a small rash and then I found lumps on the side of my neck. I researched where I can get seen by a Dr urgently but Kaiser only had the ER available which came with a high price tag. Carbon health was able to see me the next day, might've been the same day if I went in sooner but that was my fault. They attended to me, figured out it was shingles, prescribed me meds to help with the nerve pain and muscle spasms and all for the same price as a copay. They were fast, helpful and knowledgeable. Would def recommend to anyone who needs urgent care!

I went in to Carbon after having a positive COVID test to see about Paxolovid. The staff was cheerful, helpful and efficient.

Such a pleasant, straightforward, and efficient experience! Got an appointment right away, consulted with a warm, friendly and helpful provider and received fast flu + covid results. The receptionist was also so helpful is outlining costs in advance over the phone so I knew exactly what I was getting into—that transparency is so rare in most health care facilities.

I just moved from Massachusetts to California and I do not yet have a local doctor. I tested positive for COVID and Carbon treatment well.

The lady working at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The physician administering the tb shot was also super helpful and made me feel really cared for and safe

Wing wu was very kind and knowledgeable helping me with a leg injury. She took time to answer my questions despite it being the end of a day on a Sunday. The rest of the staff were great too. Recommended

It's been wonderful having a Carbon Health Clinic in the Adam's Point neighborhood. In fact it's only a block away from my apartment building. As a Senior it was so convenient during Covid times with shots, I could stop by and make an appointment, sometimes for that day. I used it for travel immunizations and flu shots.
Today, I was waiting at the door for the clinic at 8 a.m. With a blocked ear issue and they took me right in and addressed my problem immediately. I feel pretty lucky to have the clinic right here and can avoid the hassles of walking into a busy hospital setting to get my medical needs met. And lastly I wanted to say how professional and helpful the staff at the Grand Avenue office have been.

Beware of this facility. They participate in surprise billing practices. Even if the facility is in-network, the provider that is sees you may not be. There is no way to check this beforehand. They are easy to get in with, they are fast and helpful, but you may be hit with significant medical bills that are considered out of network. This payment will also be processed automatically so you will be out hundreds of dollars while you try to get through to their billing department that will automatically hang up on you if you've been on the line more than 3 minutes.

Went here first thing in the AM as I was fairly confident I broke my ankle the night before. When I arrived they told me the x-ray technician was on vacation and made me Uber to the Berkeley location to get an x-ray. By myself with a broken ankle. They also only gave me a stabilizer for my ankle rather than a boot. The Berkeley location agreed my injury required a boot. Receptionist is snobby. Did not offer to help with the door although I was struggling to get out on crutches and an inappropriate brace for my injury. Call before you go if you make an appointment to make sure they actually have the care you need available regardless of what their booking app says.

The walls are super thin and the doctor shouts. I could hear her telling the patient next to me he likely has an STD. No privacy.

Berkeley location is way better and everyone was super nice, I’ll be going there moving forward.

I brought my 90 year old mother in to get her ears cleaned. She went from barely being able to hear to hearing perfectly. I couldn’t be happier. Nor could she. Thank you to everyone at Carbon Health who helped us today.

I was kind of nervous because it was my first time coming to this clinic. After I got seen by my nurse, she made it a comfortable experience for me. I was also happy that they got me in right away. Thank you
