Carbon Health Urgent Care Pasadena

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jayadeva and everyone at Carbon. I've interacted with numerous technicians and everyone has been attentive and quick (without feeling rushed). Dr. Jayadeva took all the time in the world to listen to my questions and my medical history, (rather than just trying to quickly get in and out) and offered many suggestions beyond the typical ones. I've already recommended him several times and it's only been a few months!

I first accessed my local Carbon Health facility during the covid lockdown as they were one of the few medical providers offering telehealth visits. I've returned since for annual check-ups as well as care for an injury all of which has been handled professionally and with compassion. I've always felt that I was more than just another patient.

I had a great experience! Every individual I interacted with was extremely thorough and helpful. They even asked me to come in earlier once I told them my symptoms so they could make sure they had enough time with me. The doctor was knowledgeable and caring!

Had an amazing experience here at carbon health in Pasadena. The staff was very welcoming and made my visit easy and effortless. I was very happy to know that my blood work was able to be done in office with no extra trips or appts. Dr Vik. Was very understanding and attentive to all my needs. I look forward to my health journey here at carbon health.

Went to this clinic twice within 5 days and had very positive experiences with front desk staff and the nurses and Drs.
The office is clean, bright and welcoming.
I would highly recommend this CarbonHealth site for care.

Scheduled a preflight Covid antigen test here. I was told via customer service chat that they could add the required traveler information on my passport (e.g. Passport number, date of birth) that the country to which I'm traveling mandates. They even had me share an image of my main passport page. When I arrived they told me that the test results have pre-formatted documentation and that my passport info couldn't be added. I am very disappointed by their false advertising. Seems ridiculous that their process doesn't allow individual clinics to just add a few extra numbers when many other testing centers do this easily. Although the ladies who tried to help me were kind, I was disappointed that there wasn't any willingness to go the extra mile to try to help me out. I don't recommend you come here for testing services.

I made the right decision to go to Carbon Health, Pasadena. The staff were so friendly and very helpful especially when I walked into their office with a lot of questions in regards to my health. I was seen by Dr Vic and he is so helpful with my situation. I would highly recommend him, talking about the staff they were just awesome.thanks

I was lucky to have been able to make an appointment the same day for a sore /strep throat. I was seen pretty quickly too. The clinic was nice and clean, very friendly employees. So I was getting over a stomach flu/fever but for some reason over night the virus went to my tonsils. I wasn’t able to eat dinner the night before and no food the next day either but half a banana. Swallowing my own saliva was painful. The doctor examined me, prescribed me some antibiotics and also gave me a medicine to drink that took the pain away from not being able to swallow. It was heaven, like night and day. I was in tears when I left because I was starving and so so so thirsty. I just recently became unemployed and lost my health insurance. Never have I ever been this sick and in so much pain with my tonsils, so Thank you thank you thank you so much for having your services available?

It was easy to make an appointment online and the care providers were kind. I didn’t have to wait at all.

Started going here for COVID testing initially because I could never get an appointment at the big sites or contracted pharmacies. They became my go to for testing even recently after my boosters I was concerned about lingering symptoms of some infection and wanted accurate results. Accessible location, efficient but personable and kind, and physicians Ssistants who are informative and take time to educate. I cant speak to their other services but I have been impressed so far.

Doctors and staff are awesome! They take the time to listen and talk through treatment. This is definitely my preferred urgent care!

Visiting Pasadena and a contact tested positive for CoVid. Went to CarbonHealth to obtain a PCR test. Appointment easily made online, and the CarbonHealth call center answered an insurance question and confirmed the appointment.

Arrived at the clinic and was warmly greeted by staff. The visit was on time, efficient, and professional. Excellent experience without revealing that I am an MD.

Had a great and easy experience. Their app is probably the best patient portal experience I’ve had, even considering I’ve worked for a Chicago hospital in the past.

I’ve been to many urgent care centers and carbon in Pasadena is without a doubt the best with kind, efficient staff, great medical service, and a very comprehensive app.

Saw Dr. Vik for my physical, literally had the best experience at the doctors office. The service was great and doctor was so personal and listened to me.
