I had a short wait, all personnel were courteous and professional, and I felt everyone listened well. Nice experience!

1st time walk in with no appointment but waiting time was very short excellent staff very professional and listened to my story

Update: the owner or whoever refunded my co-pay only to double charge my card that was unbeknownst to me that they can just keep on file. This place is SHADY.
Do not go here unless you have time and money to burn. Where to begin… I brought my daughter in yesterday with a sore ear. She had an ear infection this time last year also (from too much swimming) so I knew we needed drops and an oral antibiotic which worked last year. This appointment I let the dr know I still had the drops from last time. She said it didn’t look very bad at all and definitely wasn’t in the inner ear but she was prescribing “better” drops with an antibiotic. At this point I’m assuming I’ll be picking up 2 prescriptions but I found out later no it was drops with an antibiotic in the solution. I give my daughter the first round of drops and pain reliever and shortly after she goes to bed. She woke up at 130am crying and in pain so I gave her more drops and pain reliever. She maybe slept an hour and a half before she was uncomfortable and crying again. I tried to call first thing when they opened but you cannot get through and it sends you to voicemail no matter which prompt you use (). So at 9am I drove to the clinic to talk to the receptionist to see if they would call in the oral antibiotic since the PA yesterday failed to do so. They said sorry no she has to be seen again (). So I asked if they were able to provide a shot of antibiotics should it be deemed the correct plan of treatment and the receptionist asked the PA and came back and said we have to see her. So I relented and said okay I would return home to bring her back and the receptionist said she would put us down for an appointment. We got back around 10am, my daughter visibly uncomfortable and crying. We waited 45 more minutes before we were finally seen. The new PA apologized for us having to come back again since we were here yesterday but also just did the same things the other PA did and wrote us the script for the oral antibiotic. I asked about a shot and she said they couldn’t do it there and my only options were to go to another urgent care (pediatric specifically) or to go to the ER (). And I’m not a doctor but my daughter is 10yo, over 5ft tall and 96 lbs.so any qualified PA should be able to do the simple conversion.
Bottom line I feel this location does not have their patient’s best interest in mind and it’s very clear that they are just looking to take my money while letting my daughter suffer. I’ll never go here again.

My baby girl went down on the sofa and hurt her arm. (never fell)
It was the first time she had been hurt, so I was clumsy and my heart was impatient. It hurt me too when she kept crying, but all the staff here were so kind and nice.
As she took her x-rays, she was fine, so I was relieved.
And when we come back home, she seems to be slowly getting better.
I'll have to keep an eye out for more though.
I was so shocked that I lost my mind, but I am so very grateful to everyone.

Exceptional experience today. The doctor and nurse took great care of me and were professional and compassionate.

I have visited carbon health a couple times in the last few weeks. Both experiences were great. The staff that assisted us were excellent. Urgent care is not a place anyone looks forward to but carbon health and their staff make the experience much more bearable.

This place is amazing. They don't have you waiting for ever like other urgent cares. They help me with my pain and gave good explanation of my concern. Will bring my whole family here from now on.

This is one of the best urgent care locations I have ever been to. I go out of my way to go to this location; the entire staff from the front reception to the medical staff are always very friendly and patient. I have gone here for myself and for my toddlers and they are absolutely the best. Thank you so much for all your hard work and your kindness!

I came to get a required Covid test for work and they were absolutely awesome. Dominique especially was amazing, she gave great customer service and even assisted with my dr note to give to work. Staff is on point, I will definitely return and would recommend always.

We got checked in immediately, despite how understaffed they were. All 3 individuals working today were very professional, kind, and just did a fantastic job helping my daughter! I would highly recommend the Carbon Yorba Linda office to anyone!

Kimberly the PA was very friendly and so was Leslie the MA. My daughter was there for her 4th Sports physical. The front desk lady was also so nice.

Great experience today after a bike fall. Lauren was the PA, the medical assistant was Linda, the x-ray technician was Richard. All are delightful and competent. Thank you.

Everyone was very professional. They took real good care of me, and answered any and all questions that they could. I highly recommend them for urgent care.

If you want reliable quality work with people who what they are doing, this is the place. Medical provider, X ray provide, MA and front desk who help me were politely, patiently and professionally. Highly recommend!

My mom went into the clinic, no wait they took her right away, very friendly, Dominique and Tania were our care team they were so caring and concerned for her like this was there own mother, they found out what the problem was and sent off a prescription to the pharmacy thank you
