Do not buy anything from them as they will not stop emailing you and have no option for unsubscribing. Worst example of customer service I’ve seen in a while. Quality not there and that’s the reason they are such big spammers. Stay away!
Online pricing is higher & doesn’t match catalog. They will not honor catalog prices. Terrible customer service. Take your business to LLBean or Deluth Trading, companies with excellent customer service and quality products.
After placing a very large order with this company back in December. Everything was great except for one of the items. It has been an absolute nightmare, trying to return a defective garment that was sent. I have spent over a month sending emails with no response and now my second trip to UPS. They were not willing to do anything to make the situation right, which I find so unacceptable. I will not be buying from this company anymore because I do not know how to treat customers.
