Cardia CPR and Safety: American Red Cross CPR & First Aid Classes

I’ve never taken a CPR class and Taylor made it so much fun and made me feel so comfortable. My husband and I actually did it together and we loved it! I will recommend to anyone that needs it!

Instructor Taylor was great and answered all questions that were asked. The class was enjoyable and very relaxed environment.

Taking this class provides everyone with the essential set of skills and knowledge they will need in the future. Hopefully, the courses are easier than I imagined or can be seen in Full Metal Jacket (1987,  Stanley Kubrick). During class activities, our teacher was an antipode of Gny. Sgt. Hartman.

Exercise on dummy equipment was really helpful. Certain lights on the equipment control the pressure of delivering compressions, and the CPR dummies can "breathe. " (Sign up for the class to learn how the correct breath giving can be verified). Classroom activities can polish theory with coaching on basic principles and algorithms. It was a blast! The teacher also taught us a way to make bandages without tape or scissors. Almost magical (there is a special knot).
