Dr. Borno and his nurse practitioners are simply the best! He is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and most importantly he is thorough. He does an all around great job. I have recommended him to my family and several friends who all now see him and are happy with his care.
The office staff and his medical assistant are also very intelligent and knowledgeable. Very short wait times and great communication with the front desk and making Appointments.

I have been going to this place for the past few months and then today I went in for a stress test. Iv been going in for multiple tests over the past few months then today I was supposed to get all my results. After my stress test I got my results from a nurse practitioner. She told me everything was fine and my heart looked amazing. So I asked her about my enlarged heart artery which was the reason why I was there. After talking to the St Agnes hospital she told me that my enlarged heart artery never happened. She then continued to make me feel stupid and then I told her the paper was at my mom's and my mom is in rehab. She continued to push me aside and ignore me. I left very mad after she continued to argue with me and accuse me of lying. I wouldn't be taking 2 buses across town to get to a doctor that's supposed to help me to sit there and lie. When I could be out with my friends or studying at home for school.

Dr Borno was thorough with my 1st visit. Love his energy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Unprofessional! Terrible customer service skills. Very rude and unorganized. Not recommending anybody to them.
